Great stay with 3 adults and 2 children in a family room! The food was fantastic, so much choice every mealtime. The rooms were spacious with air con. Pool was amazing. Entertainment was good especially the greatest showman. Staff were friendly. Large selection of all inclusive drinks even cocktails.
Went here week ago and enjoyed the place to has animal theme in main area and youngest child loved seeing diffrent animals.
The rooms where fine plenty of space.
The food was ok each night was diffrent theme but was always something to have and breakfast was mainly same stuff each day.
The pool was a good sizes as well.
The entertainment at night was good and was new acts each night.
Only gripe is the lift system it was a bit of a pain at times one day waited ten minutes for a lift.
I futherly enjoyed it would recomend it to anyone
Came out here for a week and with the reputation of Benidorm I didn't have high hopes. I was wrong. Flamingo Oasis is great whether it be for value for money, rooms, service or location it's good on all fronts, for an all inclusive the food isn't bad either.
There are a couple of downsides. Firstly, you cannot escape the selfishness of those who reserve their loungers at the crack of dawn and then aren't seen again until mid afternoon, but that happens everywhere. Hopefully in peak season they enforce the sign posted rule of no reserving loungers.
The biggest gripe has to be the lifts. With 25 floors they simply don't have the capacity to cope with passenger numbers. By design they have built with to few lifts which also only carry 6-8 people. We have waited 10 minutes and it's not peak season.
That said, would I return? Absolutely. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is nice and the location is perfect. 15 mins walk to the beach/sea front and about 30-40 minutes into the Old Town and the bars you expect from Benidorm but remote enough that you can get a fantastic night sleep away from all the loud music and crowds out until the small hours.
Went as a family of 5, two adults and 3 children. This place is full of positives and negatives. Kids pool is too small for the amount of youngsters, the rooms are basic and not extensively cleaned, there are 6 lifts to cover 25 floors so expect a wait. The food was better than expected and there was always something to eat, some of the hotel staff were great, some not so good.
A mixed review of our stay.
On first impressions, it's a great hotel. Reception are incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious (family of 4 in a double room) and we really enjoyed the restaurant food.
However, the advertised photos of the pool area are deceiving. I realise our stay was during peak season, but I didn't expect my arms to be almost touching the strangers laid next to me while relaxing on a sunbed. It's far too small for the number of guests. Are there enough sunbeds? Yes. But you need to have the space available, which unfortunately this hotel doesn't.
It would also be beneficial to have a second outdoor bar open throughout the day to help reduce the queuing at the pool bar.
There was also building work across the road from our room which we weren't warned about.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we wouldn't return here due to the pool area.
