We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high level of service, the friendly atmosphere, and the attention given to guests. Everything was well organized, and we always felt welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay.
The kitchen and food quality were definitely one of the highlights of our experience. The meals were delicious, fresh, well prepared, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety of food, and it was clear that the kitchen team puts a lot of care and effort into maintaining high standards. Every meal was
Reading the comments section before booking made us worried so I was prepared for the worst.
We got a room at block-A. The air conditioner worked well. They don't clean the room, just make bed , take bins and upload the water, sometimes towels and toilet paper. It didn't bother us. Hotel has a beautiful palm tree scenery. It gives shade and a little bit of breath during the really hot.days.
The hotel has a great location just a minut away from the sea. 2 swimming pools and the third one that can be used from Select hotel with some slides for kids.
Sunbeds by the pool and sea are never free unless you wake up and leave a towel but after 8 o'clock as management forbid leaving them before that. There is aqua aerobic session and water ball games every day.
Most of the guests are russian speakers and locals. It didn't bother us ( I could understand a little bit) or just talk polish as they understand both. There was security guards making sure there is no problems caused by alcohol or other things. I can truly confirm I didn't see anyone arguing etc. Lots of families with children. Music from 10 to 17 in the main pool as well us snack bar. Which saved us getting changed and ready for a restaurant dinner.
Food choice was more then enough for us. Very tasty and every day at the few different dishes. There was a grill section too but we only tried once as there was always a queue. The sweets didn't have tasty choice. Just perhaps I haven't seen any for me.
Overall the had a great stay. I can recommend this place.
The hotel is comfortable for family vacation. The conditions in hotel is amazing. Food is tasty and you will have a wide range of food selection, you won’t be hungry at all. The animation is perfect. Big appreciation to Smaylo animator for amazing mood, interesting outdoor activities. Also thank you for all the animations team!
We have a great stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is tasty, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is well-organized, and we really enjoy our holiday. A special thank you to the animation team, they are absolutely amazing, energetic, friendly, and make our stay even more fun!
The hotel is quite run-down and definitely does not deserve 5 stars — 3.5 stars at most. The cleaning is poor and not done properly. There are never any free sun loungers; they are always occupied from the evening or during the night. However, the hotel grounds are well maintained and looked after, and the pools are clean.
