Our 4 day, 3 night stay was fabulous. Every single detail at Sensoria is well-thought-out with care and passion. The staff is helpful and friendly; the facilities are beautifully designed and maintained; the food is delicious, fresh and plentiful. We really enjoyed the sauna and all the quiet places to relax. The views are amazing. Perfect location near the cable car up to the Alpe di Siusi. Easily reached from Bolzano by public bus 170, with easy connections to other nearby cities. A car free vacation option, which we loved. We are already plotting our return.
I spent a few days at Sensoria and, even now, it remains one of those places I find myself thinking about with genuine fondness.
The hotel is beautiful, but what stayed with me most is the feeling it gives you.
Everything encourages you to slow down: the architecture, the natural light, the silence, and the way the property blends so effortlessly into the surrounding landscape. The spa is exceptionally relaxing and the outdoor pool overlooking the mountains is simply *chef’s kiss*.
The culinary experience deserves a special mention as well. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with outstanding ingredients and a real sense of care. There is plenty of choice, complemented by an excellent wine selection that makes every dinner feel like a special occasion.
I also loved the little evening touches, like being able to end the day with a drink at the bar or a traditional amaro…small details that add so much to the overall feeling of being looked after.
Above all, my sincere thanks go to the entire team. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. They were always there whenever needed, yet never intrusive. It is a rare kind of hospitality: one that makes you feel less like a guest and more like you’re coming home at the end of the day.
I left with the feeling that I had found a place where it was incredibly easy to feel at home, completely at ease and truly relaxed. To me, that’s the greatest compliment I could give any hotel.
Can’t wait to be back!
I stayed at Sensoria Dolomites for 11 days in June 2026, and it was a truly beautiful and unforgettable experience.
What impressed me most was the atmosphere of the place. The architecture, mountains, light, air, and quietness all felt naturally connected. It is not only a hotel, but a place where you can really feel the surrounding nature.
The team was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive, and the quality of the food was excellent. I was also inspired by the owners’ active and positive way of working.
Sensoria is a special place for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, nature, and a deep sense of quietness. I am very grateful for the experience.
We loved our stay here. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The facilities were well maintained. The breakfasts were incredible. The staff members were so gracious and attentive. Special shout out to Ravi, Claudia and Aniko. We had excursions planned through our travel agent but the hotel offers many activities we would have loved to do had we not had other plans. Highly recommend!
There are truly no words to describe our time here. We travel frequently all over the world, and this was hands down the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The wellness-focused atmosphere, the exceptional staff (we loved the bartender Ravi!!), the delicious & beautiful food, and every single detail were thoughtfully curated and executed SO perfectly. We’re already planning our return (want to try winter next!) and have been telling all of our friends and family that staying here is a MUST. We could have spent the entire trip at the hotel, never leaving, and still had an unforgettable vacation. Sensoria is pure heaven!!!!
