Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the buffet is quite good.
Unfortunately, I cannot give the hotel the highest rating, mainly because the bathroom was very outdated. Every time we took a shower, there was literally a flood in the room, which we then had to clean up ourselves. It was really not pleasant.
Another major negative point was the very strong fragrance in the room when we first arrived. I believe it was probably the scent of a cleaning product. The hotel should take into consideration guests who are sensitive or allergic to fragrances, as the smell was far too chemical and unpleasant.
Despite these issues, we still had a good stay overall.
This was our first all inclusive holiday as a family (2 parents and 2 teenage boys). The resort has great pools with daily activities for all ages. The resort itself is a bit disappointing in appearance with 4 storey multi coloured blocks of rooms which doesn't feel very in keeping with the location and the island. The food was good and lots of choice and the card system for cup recycling is a great idea. It definitely suits families and we have had a good time but would look for something a bit more authentic next time.
Great value, clean and easy to get around
We had a really good stay. The hotel is clean and well kept, with two swimming pools and the beach close by. There's a bus stop right outside, which made getting around simple and cheap, so no need for taxis or a hire car.
The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Food was good with plenty of variety, and the entertainment team kept things lively without being overbearing.
Excellent value for money. Would happily stay again and recommend it.
Lovely modern hotel close to the beach. Nice rooms excellent house keeping staff. Main pools very busy and bar not great but the small pool and bar (by the fabulous childrens pool) are lovely. I wasn't very impressed by the food but there is plenty of choice, and again restaurant staff are great. I would definitely stay again, but on a bed and breakfast only basis.
We enjoyed our 3 days in Menorca in Seth Punta Prima. The reception staff was wonderful every single day. So helpful and clarifying any doubts about all the services. Food was so delicious and so many options from Local to International cuisine ( we took only half board) but it was perfect breakfast and dinner. Staff was so friendly at the kitchen too. The air conditioning was perfect we stayed on the block 2 and gym nearby. Beach is just 7 min walking with some restaurants nearby. Probably only to improve if the sunbeds it was so busy that I struggle to get one available and a bit more of parasol will be my recommendation. The kids club was absolutely fantastic. It was a perfect show at night and during day so many activities in 4 languages ( Spanish , English, Italian and French) . It was amazing all the shows. Definitely recommend 👌. We did not rent a car and it is so near to airport by taxi.
