ALEGRIA Florida Park

We have just came back from a fantastic week at this hotel, the hotel is located a 2 minute walk to you could possibly need from restaurants, shops, chemist & doctor, nightlife and the beach however we barely left the hotel! The service, activities and amenities were amazing! The hotel was spotless and one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in! The towel service of a €15 deposit to swap towels as many times as needed throughout your whole stay and receive the deposit when giving back the last towels is something I have never seen before and made a huge difference to our stay! A special mention is needed for the bar man Edgar who made everyday by the pool a joy and made our stay meaningful, even when asking for cocktails not on the menu (Tia Maria, baileys and milk) he and all other bar staff accommodated and remembered each day that was our drink which was so thoughtful and made our holiday. The evening male staff member with the short black curly hair and Fanni are an asset to the hotel and made us want to stay in the hotel each evening along with the fantastic entertainment especially Danni Escalla!. The food from breakfast to dinner was great and so fresh. I would never be one to write a review but this hotel and its staff deserve the acknowledgment. We will defo be back again! Thank you for a great week.

Good location with direct access to the promenade. Close to the beach. The hotel gave us a welcome bottle of cava which was super generous, and complimentary spa access (although we didn’t use it). Breakfast was included and pretty decent. The pool area is very family orientated so if you’re without children you may want to choose a different place. Overall decent for the price, but would mainly recommend for families.

Traveled as a tour group. I was in my room solo. The room was spacious with no luggage rack or other space other than the floor to open up my suitcase. It would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom that are accessible to the sink not only in the shower. The walls are thin so it is easy to hear your neighbor if they were having a loud conversation or had the TV on. The bathroom had a large shower and was generally nice in my room. The front desk assistance was very good. The buffet dinner and breakfast was also great and had a large variety of options. The AC works well.

Stayed here for a week in May for my big birthday! Overall would stay again but probably wouldn't do all inclusive. Positives: Staff were very friendly, room was clean and shower was good pressure. Great location for taking day trips to Calella, Blanes and Barcelona (a bit further away). Lovely evening entertainment singers. Nice lounge area in the evening Quick service Plenty sunbeds 5 min walk from the beach Negatives: Food was as expected for an all inclusive buffet. However, would advise that it wasn't very well labelled so sometimes unsure as to what we were eating. All inclusive required us to leave a deposit for our wristbands which we hadn't heard of before and felt a little odd. All inclusive felt a little penalised, e.g. there were quite a lot of limitations as to what was included including mocktails! Also the waiter service/using glasses was not for us, only the paying as you go customer. Snack bar was really limited and can only eat it within the confines of the snack bar. The evening entertainment was very loud, many guests commenting on the same issue and sitting outside the main entertainment area instead to enjoy it.

I just spent an absolutely amazing week at ALEGRIA Hotels. The room was extremely clean, there was a variety of food available. The staff were so friendly and helpful and ensured that we had a great time. I want to especially say thank you to the Animation Team, Sol, Danni, Aya, Alba, Martina and Nuria who kept us all entertained everyday! I had so much fun and I’ll be visiting again. Also the reception staff helped with every question and they provided solutions to any problem we had. Thank you again!
