We were there for a week with my family and it was a thrill. The food was tasty with such a variety (my weight went 2 kg up). The staff was 11/10 the people there are amazing and the programs were thrilling, on daily basis. Also the view was spectacular. One thing, which was a mid/undermid were the rooms, but overall top experience with top people. We really loved it. Greetings from Slovakia🇸🇰
Our stay at Atlantis Resort in İzmir was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is exceptional in every aspect, and the location is superb. Wherever you look, the views are stunning.
What stood out immediately was the warm welcome from the staff. From the moment we arrived at the gate, everyone greeted us with smiles and a genuine willingness to help. I travelled with a group of eight family members, and every single one of us had the same positive impression.
The food was fantastic, with an impressive variety of options including meats, fish, chicken, and many other dishes. There was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently excellent.
The activities were also very enjoyable, especially the performances and events at the amphitheatre. The entertainment team was brilliant — a special shout-out to Sulhan and Eneas, who always took the time to interact with our group and made us feel truly welcome.
The pools were always clean, and the gardens and lawns were beautifully maintained. You could constantly see staff working hard to keep the resort looking immaculate.
One of the things we loved most was the village-like atmosphere. Instead of feeling like a typical hotel, the rooms are small houses spread around the resort, which gave the place a unique and relaxing charm. Our room met all our expectations, although with so much to do around the resort, spending time in the room was the last thing we wanted!
Overall, Atlantis Resort gave us an unforgettable family holiday, and we would happily return again.
The resort has been lovely, good food and selection in the restaurant, good atmosphere at all pools, great idea to have a separate pool for relaxation and one for the animation team. Animation has been amazing with a good selection of activities all through out the day, hard work goes into all the evening shows. All staff are very friendly and approachable, remembering your names and always have time for a chat poolside and throughout the hotel.
Amazing experience for our whole stay would definitely recommend.
I recently had a 9-night family holiday here at the end of June. We had a great experience. This was our first all-inclusive holiday, and it exceeded our expectations. The resort is situated in a beautiful location on the Aegean coast with three beaches/sea access points. The views are absolutely stunning. The scale of this resort is colossal, it took us about 5 days to truly learn where everything is.
The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, remaining friendly, and the animation/entertainment team goes above and beyond. I give 5 stars for staff and service, nothing could be better. They helped with our bags when we arrived and use a buggy taxi system to transport guests between check-in and the rooms, which is highly necessary given the size of the property.
The resort includes three different pools, each with a different focus. The "animation pool" is the most lively. Come here if you want entertainment, this pool always has music playing, is where everything happens, and was the only pool we used. The "relax pool" is much quieter and ideal for those wanting to sit back in the sun. Finally, the fresh seawater pool uses actual seawater and features sand along the sides to provide a beach feel. Each pool has a poolside bar serving soft drinks, beer, iced tea, and iced coffee.
The all-inclusive buffet runs three times a day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a wide range of food suitable for everyone, from Asian to Turkish cuisine. The lunch and dinner desserts are exceptionally made and delicious—it is a hard decision choosing what you want. There are two bars located in the buffet area for drinks, alongside coffee machines, hot water for tea, and a juice dispenser. The juices are nice, but the dispenser was constantly stocked incorrectly during our stay, dispensing the wrong juice. They also cook special dishes fresh off the grill. My only complaint is that I once received raw grill-cooked wings, but this only happened once and does not majorly affect my review given how great the overall experience was. The resort also features two a la carte restaurants, we tried the kebab restaurant, and the food was an amazing, massive feast.
The entertainment is great, and you will rarely be left without things to do. Most activities are suitable for all ages, such as darts, volleyball, and boules. Additionally, great shows are held at the amphitheatre every night, ranging from dancing to karaoke, providing excellent late-night entertainment.
One complaint I have is with the Wi-Fi. It is unreliable, occasionally fails even in public areas, and is only accessible in public zones. One member of our group could not sign into the Wi-Fi for the entire stay, which was difficult as our roaming package only covers the EU.
The rooms are very basic and feature only the bare necessities, but that is fine since there are so many things to do around the resort. Rooms contain a fridge, wardrobe, and a basic bathroom. My only complaint about the room was that there were only two chairs for three occupants, so one person had to sit on the floor. The rooms I believe were mopped daily and towels and bedding was changed every second day.
Overall, if you are looking to stay here, I would highly recommend. Very limited issues but they are easy to get past, for the experience you get, it is great value
The hotel was very nice clean, but not a 5 star at all, the food was good lots of options but drinks and alcohol was very limited and cheap drinks, literally had fizzy water soda with lemon for 10days. The rooms definitely needs renovation.
