Overall, we had a very good stay at this hotel. The location, staff, service, facilities, and overall atmosphere were all very good, and we enjoyed our time there.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was the main issue. The rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the dining areas also needs improvement. This was a bit disappointing.
The food was tasty, but is almost the same every day and it gets boring in couple of days. But unlike other hotels, there are unlimited à la carte restaurants every day for free.
With better attention to cleanliness in both the rooms and dining areas, this hotel could be an excellent place to stay. I hope the hotel improves this feedback, as everything else was very good.
We had an amazing experience with the animation team! They truly deserve all the praise for their hard work, positive energy, and dedication to making everyone’s stay more enjoyable. From the very beginning, the team created a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere, making sure that guests of all ages could have fun and feel included.
A special thank you to Ksenia, the animator, who deserves particular recognition for her enthusiasm, kindness, and wonderful personality. She brings so much positive energy to everything she does and knows how to make people smile and feel comfortable. Overall, the hotel has several strong points — especially its excellent location, beach, good evening entertainment. The overall food selection and quality were good, we especially enjoyed the coffee bar and the availability of ice cream throughout the day. However, the service quality, room condition, and especially the children’s facilities were disappointing and did not meet our expectations for a 5-star ultra all-inclusive hotel.
As families with small children, good children’s entertainment and a proper kids’ club were important to us. Sadly, during our stay this was far below expectations. There was usually only one animator/babysitter present, and on some days even she was absent, replaced by a staff member simply supervising the room.
The kids’ club itself is just one small room with toys next to the children’s pool. If a child leaves the room and goes to the pool area, there is no supervision from the staff anymore. The only regular activity was the evening kids’ disco, plus one slime workshop during the entire stay. The advertised full-day children’s program simply did not exist.
One of our friends’ children injured his leg near the pool because of a broken drain grate. To be fair, staff reacted quickly and provided help immediately when asked. However, even after informing the hotel about the damaged grate and the potential danger for other children, it was never repaired during our stay.
When we arrived, our room was missing bedding for the children. We used spare linens from the closet, but one pillow was missing. I asked for it several times over three days — both at reception and from other staff members — and only on the fourth day a very kind receptionist finally arrange it for us.
Housekeeping quality was inconsistent. Some days cleaning was very good, while other days it was minimal. The minibar was not refilled at all during the last three days of our stay. The rooms themselves also feel quite worn and in need of maintenance and renovation. There was also a noticeable damp smell in our room.
Most hotel staff spoke only Russian or no foreign language at all, which sometimes made communication difficult. It was especially surprising that some reception staff did not speak English.
That said, the staff overall were polite and helpful. Some bartenders and the girl at the coffee bar were especially friendly and welcoming — greetings to them :)
The opportunity to visit à la carte restaurants was appreciated as well, although service there was inconsistent too. On one occasion I received a different dish than the one I ordered, and another evening we waited an hour for dessert before eventually leaving without receiving it.
Compared to other Turkish 5-star ultra all-inclusive hotels in a similar price category, we would personally rate this hotel closer to a 4-star experience overall. And most likely would not return for a second stay.
To sum up, our experience was not bad and very bad at the same time 😅
This is not a bad place, but absolutely not value for its money (it’s my 8th time in Turkey and I have something to compare it with).
❌
First of all, really tiny reception area for this hotel. No room and seats to wait when needed, no enough room for luggage and no special room for it (they basically hold it on the floor), always very crowded and noisy. And this was the first impression.
The same is about free tables at the restaurant and sunbeds on the beach. It was quite hard to find a free place every day at both locations (we visited in the end of September, I can’t imagine what happens in the summer).
The hotel itself is quite old and needs a lot of restoration. We had very poor toilet flush, the balcony opens and closes very hard, there were protruding cables in window frame.
There is no soundproofing, I heard my neighbours. There are parties every day till midnight and music is very loud so better to have earplugs.
At our last day the impression was destroyed completely. The day before checkout, at the evening, we were allowed to extend our room time till the evening, but the next day in the morning receptionist (a girl with red/brown curly hair) denied it (a family before us asked the same and they’ve got it). So all our plans were ruined and we didn’t know what to do the next 7 hours.
When another person from our family tried to ask again about extension availability, another receptionist was ready to confirm it, but then those girl started to speak with him in Turkish, after that he changed his mind and denied our request.
Also the man, who must carry bags, wasn’t on his place so I put our luggage next to others. When we already left the area, he run to us and said we are not allowed to leave our bags here and said to move it to another place. He was very rude and pointed very uncleared, when I spoke to him, he was silent. And he didn't offer his help (even though it's his job).
P.s. I need to mention, that I’m an easy-going person and never argue with people, so I don’t realise why there was such an attitude to me and my family with elderly people.
Of course, those are small things, but they have a huge impact on your overall impression from the trip, and it’s sad to happen on our last day.
✅
Cleaning is good, we had it at different time every day, but still no skips. Not perfect, but better than in some other places.
Good food selection and well suits for European taste, food is actually available from the morning till the night at any time, so you never get hungry.
Food and drinks are everywhere at the hotel area.
SPA staff is very nice and welcome, which can’t be said about the stuff from reception (should be other way, isn’t it?). The Turkish Hammam is very good, I recommend (water temperature and peeling strength are very comfortable).
A huge plus for the gym. It’s not big, but enough to stay in shape. And almost always empty :)
