La Luna Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is located right by the sea, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast and dinner have a good variety of delicious food, and the beach is just a short walk away. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Croatia. We hope to visit again soon.
We stayed for 3 nights as a family with two young children, and the hotel exceeded our expectations.
Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the sea view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful.
The all-inclusive food was plentiful with a good variety of dishes throughout the day. While not every dish was exceptional, everything was fresh and tasty, and we never felt that anything was missing. We always found something we enjoyed.
The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. They paid attention to the smallest details without us even having to ask. For example, as soon as they saw us walking into the restaurant with our toddler, they immediately brought us a high chair before we even reached our table. This level of attentiveness made us feel genuinely welcome.
There were plenty of activities and entertainment for children. In fact, there were so many that we didn't even have enough time to try everything during our short stay.
Another thing we really appreciated was how well the outdoor areas were maintained. Staff were constantly cleaning, sweeping leaves, and collecting empty glasses left by guests, so the entire resort always looked clean and cared for.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful location, relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and friendly staff made this a memorable holiday for our family.
We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to other families with children.
Our visit to Hotel La Luna on July 26th at around 2:00 PM was one of the most disappointing experiences we have had during many years of travelling across Europe.
We came to the hotel as potential guests because we were considering booking a stay. We wanted to ask about room availability and prices, but we also wanted to see the place before making a decision — the beach, the pool area and the overall atmosphere of the property. We had no intention of using any hotel facilities or disturbing current guests. We simply wanted to briefly see the hotel that we were considering for our stay.
Unfortunately, before we even had the chance to ask basic questions, we were treated in a way that we have never experienced before. The woman who introduced herself as the hotel manager (she was wearing glasses, which may help identify the person when investigating this situation) refused to provide her name. She did not answer our questions about room availability and instead only directed us to check Booking.com or the hotel’s website.
The most disappointing part was not the fact that we were refused access, but the way we were treated. Instead of a normal and professional conversation, we repeatedly heard “get out” while she pointed her finger towards the exit. We were told to leave because we were disturbing guests sitting at the bar near the reception.
For most of the situation we remained calm and polite. Only the way we were treated caused us great disappointment and frustration. We were also there with our two-year-old son, Stas, who became frightened by the whole situation.
The most painful part is that one unnecessary and completely unprofessional interaction affected our entire holiday experience. We came here with our family, including our two-year-old son Stas and our parents, whom we were planning to bring to this hotel next year for a holiday together. After this experience, our opinion of this place changed completely, and we cannot imagine recommending this hotel to our loved ones.
After this incident, we also read other guest reviews about Hotel La Luna. We noticed that there are several negative comments describing concerns about the attitude and behaviour of a female staff member. We cannot confirm whether all of these reviews refer to exactly the same person, but seeing similar experiences from other guests suggests that this is an issue the hotel management should take seriously and investigate.
We fully understand that every hotel has its own rules and may limit access to certain areas for people who are not guests. However, a person representing a hotel should know how to communicate with people with respect, patience and professionalism. In our opinion, someone who is unable to treat potential guests in such a way should not hold a position that requires direct contact with customers.
Croatia is a beautiful country, full of amazing places, breathtaking views and hotels where guests can experience genuine hospitality. It is therefore even more disappointing that someone choosing Hotel La Luna among so many wonderful options may experience such disappointment right from the very beginning.
We have travelled for many years and have never experienced such a cold, disrespectful and unwelcoming attitude. First impressions matter — and in the case of Hotel La Luna, ours was unfortunately completely negative.
For this reason, we definitely cannot recommend this hotel. The quality of a place is not determined only by its appearance, photos or location, but above all by the way people are treated. ‼️‼️‼️
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s perfect for families with kids — there’s so much for them to do, and they absolutely loved it.
The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing. You can just step out and enjoy the sea without any hassle.
The food was excellent, with plenty of options and everything was fresh and delicious. There was something for everyone, even picky eaters.
The staff truly made the experience special — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always in a good mood.
Overall, it’s a very relaxing place with a great atmosphere. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it, especially for families!
We had a wonderful stay at La Luna Hotel, on the island of Pag. It’s a great family-friendly hotel with plenty of activities to keep kids entertained throughout the day.
The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety that made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with the beach right at its doorstep.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
