We stayed there for 2 nights, booked through On the beach.com. in the front desk afrodite (pardon me, if I spell wrong), Nikki were very great in problem solving. In restaurant Iota, Johnny & George were great, always smiles. The staffs were very nice & polite. If the hotel don't charge additional, 3 Euro/night for AC & the Safe is also 3 Euro/ night, that would be great. The food in breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. If the hotel can mentioned sea-side view means, side-sea view then the traveller like us can enjoy the great view of Mediterranean sea by choosing it before confirming our holiday. All inclusive package they should give beer in long glass instead of 150ml glasses & provide few snacks items like nuts/chips etc. the biggest drawback we found there were no water bottles provided in the hotel & you have to purchase from local shops. So prepare yourself for if you aren't aware of this small but important things before you book this hotel.
Only positive about this hotel is it’s location in relation to both the beach, of which it is situated right on, and the strip which is roughly a 10 minute walk.
Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was the worst i’ve ever received at a hotel and when we went water was unavailable which is appalling considering you cannot drink the tap water and it is extremely hot weather.
Rooms were not cleaned at all only extra towels were given, only 1 small bin in the bath room to be used for toilet paper, nowhere to put empty water bottles etc, items taken from our room and not returned. The wi-fi connection was terrible. Also, almost everything incurs an additional charge, (AC, sunbeds etc. )
Furthermore, they are extremely strict regarding any kind of noise in the evenings, despite the hotel next door playing loud music late into the night, bearing it mind it was roughly 9-10pm when we were disciplined for which most hotels allow noise up until 11pm.
For how expensive it was to stay here myself and my group were greatly dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone to stay here.
The power went out during our first day, wifi and phone signal was very unstable and the food was good only for the first two days. Multiple people in our group got sick after a few days and we are sure it was because of the food. Free water was available for the all inclusive package only at the bar so we were not provided drinking water after it closed. To top it all up, a few cigarette packs were stolen from the rooms.
I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone! The rooms are small and the equipment is old. You have to pay extra for sea view, wifi, telephone, extra towels, sunbed, etc. The staff speaks poor English and it is difficult to pay by credit card. The pool closes at 7 pm. Breakfast is the same every day, with little choice and very bad juice. But the sea is close and rooms are cleaned every day.
The beach is nice the location too. However, the staff barely speak English. Also, you should not leave any belongings on the balcony, because somebody can steal them easily. Also, when we came here there was a small sofa in the room, which dissapeared by magic 2 days later.
