Just got back from an all inclusive week with friends. We were so impressed with everything in this hotel but our main highlight was Santiago who looked after us with the sun beds! We were able to book 6 beds together every day except for one day when we went out on an excursion. This hotel is very clean and the staff were amazing. We could not fault the food at all. So much choice and very tasty. The animation team were amazing! Our favourite was Christian! A great performer and I especially loved the water Zumba.
We’ve just had a fantastic week away with my partner and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything was so easy and relaxed—nothing ever felt like too much trouble for the staff.
Our room was spotlessly clean and we were lucky enough to have a beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. We stayed bed and breakfast, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic with plenty of choice and great quality food.
It was the little touches that really stood out, like the complimentary drinks and snacks—they made such a difference and added that extra bit of care to the experience. Carmela around the pool was absolutely amazing—so friendly, helpful and approachable, always going above and beyond. The rest of the team were just as lovely—attentive, smiley, and always happy to help, especially the staff around the pool area.
The location is perfect too, with great access to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. There was also great entertainment and activities throughout our stay, which kept things fun and enjoyable.
We genuinely had the best time and will 100% be returning. A truly unforgettable stay!
We had a wonderful stay in Tenerife, with excellent service from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely talkative, always happy to have a chat and make us feel at home. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the food was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality.
The spa was another highlight. The staff there were exceptionally welcoming, kind and attentive. They even kindly allowed us to stay a little longer than we should have, which was such a lovely and generous gesture.
Overall, a fantastic experience with wonderful staff, great facilities and excellent food. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!
We had a really enjoyable stay at Iberostar Sábila and would happily return.
Check-in was quick and easy. My biggest tip would be to download the Iberostar app before you arrive and complete the online check-in, as it makes the process even smoother.
The rooms are modern, clean, and well maintained. We also liked the free water refill stations, which were a great addition and helped reduce plastic waste. Our room was cleaned early each morning (around 8:30/9am). The app also sends you a notification when your room has been cleaned, which is really convenient.
The pool area was excellent. On our first day we arrived at around 1pm and still managed to get sun loungers without booking. After that, we used the QR codes around the pool to reserve loungers two days in advance free of charge. Even on the days we didn’t book, we never had any issues finding beds around 11am–12pm.
Breakfast offered a great selection with plenty of choice, although it does get quite busy around 9am, so it’s worth going a little earlier if you prefer a quieter experience.
The evening entertainment was enjoyable, with some really good acts. If your room faces the neighbouring hotel, you’ll also hear their entertainment, so it’s almost like getting two shows for the price of one! You will unfortunately hear the bar down the road it is open until 3am but the rooms were able to cancel out most of it.
One thing we really appreciated was the little touches from the pool staff. Every day they came around offering everyone either a complimentary cocktail or an ice cream, which was a lovely surprise and added to the holiday atmosphere.
There were only a couple of minor negatives. The bidet in our room wasn’t working, although it didn’t affect our stay enough for us to report it. The cash machine on the lower floor didn’t seem to work well. Towards the end of our stay, the water refill machines on our floor started breaking down, which was a little inconvenient. You will get haggled daily for photos. We did decide to give it a go on the last day but a photo ranges from €10-15 depending on how many you buy.
A feature we loved was the wristband room key—it meant we never had to worry about forgetting a key card when heading out.
Check-out was just as smooth as check-in, and reception arranged a taxi for us immediately.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with modern facilities, friendly service, and lots of thoughtful extras. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.
First time staying at the Iberostar Sábila in Tenerife and, honestly, it was perfect. Whoever is in charge of the recruitment at this hotel deserves an award… every single member of staff at the hotel was wonderful. Truly. Cherin on reception is pure walking sunshine. Carmela at the pool was so kind and helpful. Julio the lifeguard was ever so thoughtful. Brais, Jesus, Kristina and Lucia in the restaurant all work so, so hard and were all so lovely. The hotel is fantastic and the food is great but it’s the staff who made this holiday magical.
