The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, the location is also very good.
However, the hotel does not have a properly equipped beach area. The nearest beach with sunbeds is approximately a 20-minute walk away.
I also found it unusual that there was a non-refundable fee for pool towels, as well as an additional charge for using the safe.
Unfortunately, the food quality was very poor, and it was quite obvious that the hotel was trying to reduce costs as much as possible. There were almost no vegan options and very few vegetarian choices. The coffee was also terrible and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this category.
The included cocktails were of very low quality, and the soft drinks tasted artificial, as they appeared to be made from syrup.
I had much higher expectations because the hotel looks very attractive and modern. However, considering the overall experience, I do not think it offers particularly good value for money.
We had a very good time at Zante Sun Resort. The place looks all new, tidy and spottlessly clean. The buffets offer a good variety of local and international food and, except for breakfast, it is not repetitive. Drinks are okay; I would have appreciated proper fruit juices rather than the very sugary stuff from the tap, at least for breakfast.
All staff, from reception, management, waiters to cleaners, were exceptionally friendly!
Location wise I'd say if you don't have a car don't go there. The good beaches require you to drive there. However, the port for boat trips is in walking distance.
Since we like to drive around a lot we enjoyed this resort very much.
A really clean hotel. The room, swimming pool, restaurant etc gets cleaned everyday. Everyone from the staff was kind and made you feel welcome during your stay! The food was amazing and never the same. We had a great time here, thank you!
All Inclusive hotel but they not giving water…they giving us the option to buy in the supermarket right outside of the hotel😳 they complain about the loud music but the security knocks on our door and he has an important phone call so i need to „hold on“ ( in a towel) 😅😅😅 they attitude of the hotel stuff is disrespectful and disaster!!!! No respect for guests and not even for women. The receptionists are rude and not helpful, arrogant and very not nice behavior.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing – very kind, hardworking, and always helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and towels were changed every day, which was a nice touch.
Everything was really well looked after, including the shared areas. The food was very good – there was always something new and tasty to try, so it never got boring.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d happily come back!
