A Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Hotel
A very important tip: when you arrive at the hotel, go to the pool desk and reserve your pool beds for the entire duration of your stay. It’s definitely worth doing this right away.
For stays of up to 3 nights, guests are entitled to reserve a table at one of the hotel’s restaurants. We chose Immenso, and it was excellent! The restaurant offers an Asian-inspired menu with delicious, beautifully presented food, excellent service, and a wonderful rooftop setting. I highly recommend arriving around sunset — the view is spectacular.
The hotel itself is truly high-end, with beautiful, sophisticated design and exceptional attention to detail. Our room was spacious and elegant — we stayed in a Cabana room with a private pool. Everything was thoughtfully designed, from the thick, luxurious towels and high-quality toiletries to the cleanliness and twice-daily housekeeping.
Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded or noisy. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful views throughout the property. The pool was clean and inviting, and the swim-up bar was a lovely touch.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. A beautiful hotel with excellent service, attention to detail, and a truly luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended!
5 star, very pleasant and relaxing holiday in Paphos, Cyprus.
Autumn 2026.
The Amavi, Paphos, Cyprus is a 5 star hotel resort, no question. It's difficult to fault, so I won’t. Located on the sea front and a 15 minute stroll to Paphos Harbour. All rooms, level 1 and above, have a sea view with amazing sunsets.
The stand out features for us were:
1: No kids, very much geared towards couples.
2: The main restaurant ‘Ezaria’ is for breakfast and evening meals (buffet style). Every night is themed, Mexican, Oriental, Cypriot, Italian, French, Indian, Carvery.
We had half board plus which included a bottle of wine every evening. All the staff were very efficient, friendly and courteous.
3: Three ‘Specialty’ restaurants, all table service, booking required and smart/casual dress code. ‘Nocturne’ high end, see menu. ‘Immenso’ Rooftop Asian style was our favourite, see menu. ‘Fort o Lana’ Local style.
The food and service in all 3 was exceptional.
4: Allocated sun lounger which is yours for the duration but can be changed. A very useful locker in the table for each pair of loungers.
5: and, I can't emphasise this enough, no kids.
The cost is high but it’s worth it. We like to stay in places that are friendly, efficient and above all relaxing. The Amavi Paphos is all that and more. Thank you.
Doordat we laat incheckten, misten we ons diner. Echt voortreffelijk eten.
We had an amazing stay at Amavi MadeForTwo Hotel. Everything was exactly as we had hoped for, and even exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help.
The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality at every meal. Breakfast was especially outstanding.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and the private pool made our stay even more special.
The location is also excellent, close to the promenade and within easy reach of many attractions.
We highly recommend Amavi to anyone looking for a romantic and luxurious vacation in Paphos. We would definitely love to come back!
