I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their level of service was outstanding, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The hotel itself is spotless. Cleanliness and hygiene are clearly a top priority, and the staff pay close attention to every detail. The rooms, common areas, and facilities were always impeccably clean, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach as well as the local shops, restaurants, and pedestrian streets, making it easy to explore the area. The neighborhood is charming, peaceful, and has a lovely atmosphere both during the day and in the evening.
The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well organized. It is the perfect place for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free holiday.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be coming back and would give this hotel a well-deserved 10/10!ø
We booked this on the assumption that it was a 4 star hotel and the pictures looked lovely. When we got there, the room we had looked nothing like the pictures and were rather small and cramped (we had a twin room). The cleanliness of the room and hotel in general was not very good. We booked all inclusive and it wasn’t like what we thought it would be. The all inclusive runs from 10am - 10pm everyday. The food from the all inclusive was repetitive and most of it looked or smelled like dog food. We literally could not eat there. Even the bread had to be handled by everyone as you have to cut your slice off yourself 🤢 and they have no butter for it! They don’t even have ice cream for kids or anything. Very poor spread for all inclusive. In terms of all inclusive drinks, it only includes 4 alcohol types and 3 soft drinks (which were all on tap and flat!) despite being all inclusive, you are very limited to what your able to get for free. Also, don’t worry about staying up later for the hotel entertainment as in the time we were there (1 week), no entertainment was put on at all! The pool is smaller than the pictures suggest and they allow stray cats all in the hotel, including the dining room when food is being served. The hotel is situated near the beach however, you will need to walk about half an hour down the coast to get to any real entertainment. Honestly, the only real positive was the wait staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel. It does not deserve the 4 star status that it has. 👎
The hotel is actually alright, the staff are amazing but the food isn’t the best. The pool was actually nice as there was a slide, was close to the beach and local shops. Had plenty of food shops near it and another thing I liked was that there was a lot of cats around and in the hotel. Now the rooms were 50/50 because it was only 3 of us and they gave us a double bed, single bed and a bunk bed. I’m not going to complain but it was unnecessary. The last thing I’m going to say is that the name is a bit frustrating when you’re trying to get a taxi back or book an excursion because around the area there is so many hotels called arsi. But overall it was actually a good hotel.
Never, ever stay at this hotel. The service is absolutely disgusting. We had TO BEG for two days just to get our room cleaned.
The food is mediocre at best, and the alcohol is cheap, watered down, and of terrible quality. The Economy rooms are an absolute nightmare—everything is literally held together with duct tape and prayers, including the prayers blasting from the street.
Sure, they'll eventually move you to a better room, but charging an extra €10 per day after making guests stay in such awful conditions is simply outrageous.
I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel if you don't want to completely ruin your vacation.
We stayed for a short while , and we arrived very late on our first night after already missing dinner. Despite this, the staff were incredibly kind and still welcomed us into the dining room and prepared a plate for us, which we truly appreciated.
Throughout our stay, all the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and understanding. Everyone was great—warm, friendly, and always willing to help.
It was an absolute pleasure staying here, and I would highly recommend it.
