We were greeted with a very warm welcome. The manger introduced himself soon after. For the food, there is a very large range of meals to choose from. It is well cooked and the staff that were in there (as well as the other employees) were very polite, formal and organised. The cleaner did a very good job in the room. The beach is a ten minute walk and there is a nice town area with lots of shops. There is also a carrefour around the corner. The weather has been beautiful so far.
Just returned from platja park after having a great holiday.hotel is a bit dated but very clean, food is good but sometimes it was cold.sunbeds need to be replaced there's only one pool which might bother some people but we didn't mind.entertainment was ok ,hotel staff all wonderful, very pleasant and helpful.the manager is always about and eats in the restaurant so that's a good sign,!weather was fantastic, only rained twice and at night so wasn't really a problem.hotel is quite a distance from the airport but bearable transfer.beach is lovely about a 10min walk from hotel, there are a couple of supermarkets a few mins walk and the strip is very close by.all in all a great holiday met some lovely people, everyone was very friendly. Would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful holiday away from the buzz 🌞🌞🌞
Our experience was perfect for us. Honestly we felt like we had a great service. Particulary from one of the trainee Lori that spoke french with us so we were very happy with our interactions with her. The only disapointment is that i saw an interaction from the manager i think was called Marcian who was screaming to one of an employee.
Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel and can only give it 1 out of 5 stars.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel looked very old and run down. The rooms were worn out and, in our opinion, definitely did not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. The pool was also much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and we felt that the pictures gave a much better impression than the reality. Most of the staff were unfriendly. One particularly unpleasant experience was with the housekeeping staff. Since they couldn't speak English, they started shouting at us in Spanish instead. We found this very disrespectful, and it made our stay unnecessarily uncomfortable. The food was a major disappointment. For a 4 star hotel, we expected much higher quality. Many of the dishes seemed carelessly prepared, and overall the food lacked flavor. There also wasn't much of a vegetarian selection. The all inclusive package was also misleading. At the bar, only soft drinks were included, while many other drinks had to be paid for separately, like the slushys. On top of that, the bartender was not very friendly.
Another downside was the music. Loud pop music was constantly playing in both the dining area and the lobby. We would have preferred quieter, more elegant background music without lyrics, as you would expect in many other hotels. It would have created a much more pleasant atmosphere. One of the good things are that the hotel is very close to the shopping streets and everything was conveniently close.
Amazing Hotel! Wish I had stayed longer. Highly recommend and the guys at the Bar are so amazing! Super charismatic. Full of life and happiness. Truly a great experience.
