5-Star Review of Miramare Beach, Türkiye We had a fantastic stay at Miramare Beach in Türkiye and would happily give the hotel a well-deserved five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive and incredibly efficient, with fast service throughout the hotel. Whether ordering drinks, enjoying a meal or asking for assistance, everything was handled quickly and professionally, which made the whole holiday feel effortless. The beach was another real highlight. It was beautiful, clean and well maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The sea was inviting and the overall beach experience was exactly what we hoped for from a luxury Turkish holiday. We also particularly enjoyed the entertainment. Rather than being loud or overly commercial, the evening entertainment felt sophisticated, stylish and well presented. There was a great atmosphere without ever feeling overwhelming, making it perfect for relaxing after dinner and enjoying a drink. Overall, Miramare Beach combines excellent service, beautiful beaches, high-quality facilities and sophisticated entertainment. The attention to detail and consistently fast service really stood out. It is a hotel that delivers a genuinely relaxing and luxurious holiday experience, and we would definitely return, possibly even April next year!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an exceptional stay at Miramar Beach Hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, with stunning gardens, spotless swimming pools, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The food deserves special recognition. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The pastry selection was simply outstanding, offering an impressive range of desserts that were as beautiful as they were delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. The service was impeccable—professional, attentive, and efficient. Everyone made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The entertainment, facilities, and overall cleanliness of the hotel were also excellent. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. We leave with wonderful memories and will definitely be back. We highly recommend Miramar Beach Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday.

The hotel is very modern and stylish. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Mustafa on the animation team is great, especially helping with the volleyball. Ferdi is very friendly and had made great drinks at the cafe del mar bar. The lobby bar always has great cocktails. All of the staff are fantastic both the ones that serve the guests and the ones that do the other unseen jobs. This is a great family hotel with a relaxed, calm vibe.

My family and I stayed at the Miramare Beach Hotel for 10 days and our experience was horrifying to say the least. We were having great time the first part of our trip, up until Food and Bar manager Mustafa verbally assaulted and physically threatened me and my family at the patisserie. Previously in the day I had lost my wristband at the beach, although I was with my family who all had theirs. When I went to the patisserie bar counter to order 2 espressos, Mustafa aggressively interrogated me about the band. I calmly explained to him that I had lost it and agreed with him that I would get a new one at the reception. He continued shouting "I am the boss, I will kick you out of my hotel, out of the beach, my hotel my rules". We thought maybe he had been using substances because his behaviour was unexplainable and erratic. My wife (wearing the wristband) came the bar trying to deescalate, and she, instead, ordered the 2 espressos. Mustafa at this point shouted at my wife as well saying that she would not be getting any service either. My wife showed him the wristband then he switched to saying she would only receive one espresso, not two. Mustafa then physically threatened us by approaching aggressively to initiate physical contact and started shouting insults, displaying gangster behaviour in order to try and intimidate me and my family as he and the barista, Sude (his mistress) laughed. We were in complete shock and couldn't believe that the behaviour he was displaying had been tolerated by the hotel. The guest relations and general managers expressed their sincerest apologies about his inappropriate and threatening behaviour and said they would open an investigation into it, however Mustafa remained as a part of the working staff for the rest of our stay. All we wanted was a sincere apology from him, but when the general manager finally forced him to come and apologize he pretended he couldn't speak English (even though he berated and humiliated us perfectly the day before in English). The guest relations staff tried their best to restore our trust in the hotel with a free airport service, but our entire trip now is to be remembered by the unprofessionalism, hostility, and disrespect that Mustafa showed us. We will never be returning here again and urge you to consider other options for hotels or resorts if you do not want to traumatize your family and have your $24,000 vacation ruined with an experience like ours. EDIT (after hotel replied): I absolutely DID comply with your request as I understood it was hotel policy which is why I said I would go to reception to get a new band. And exactly why my wife WHO HAD THE BAND instead ordered the coffee. And in return she still got verbally and physically threatened!! You are trying to save face as a business because you know that this behaviour was unacceptable so you are looking for any way to make it seem like we were going out of our way to ruin our own vacation. People beware of businesses like this.

Short English Review We stayed at Miramare Hotel Kumköy for 4 days and had a wonderful holiday. Everything exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was friendly, professional, The hotel is very well designed, all facilities within easy walking distance. Our room was modern, comfortable, and fully equipped. Housekeeping was outstanding and well above standard. In our opinion, this is the best hotel we have stayed at in this price range. We also spoke with guests from other countries, and they were equally impressed with the hotel. A special thank you to Sinan, Hasan, İmran, the reception team, the restaurant chef, Günbey, Tahsin, Nora (Aynura), Esma, Özgür, Zeycan, Devran, Sedat, and Özcan Restaurant staff. They treated us like family and made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
