This is one of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve been to with my family. Great location as it’s right on the beach. I loved walking the promenade after dinner every night - it’s very safe as there are lots of people enjoying the bars/restaurants/shops along the strip. Great choice of food in the snack bar/main restaurant - I’m a vegetarian and never had a problem with options. It is a busy hotel as it offers great value so you will find the queues at the patisserie everyday as people want a proper coffee (they need an extra person and another coffee machine here). Also, if you like a good sunbed spot in the sun then you do need to be up early to reserve it as there aren’t enough spaces on the beach/sunny spots. If you like perfection this hotel isn’t for you but if you aren’t super fussy it is a fab hotel offering great value. I would definitely recommend and visit again - my 6 year old daughter and husband loved it! 😁
I like to start the post with...HIGHLY recommended. Really is an amazing place. I had a week holiday on Prime beach hotel and was very beautiful. Starting from reception and team was nice au helpful. Then the room was tide and nice daily the room service clean the room change the linen and change the towel and was very nice. The pool and the pool bar clean and nice . Nice cocktails and amazing staff aswell, friendly and all the time there for people. Ohhhh about the food 10 stars plus, very very good top quality and amazing diversity . Very well cook and tasty on morning lots of diversity and on lunch time and diner tine diferent food aswell and fresh cook. A lots of salate diversity and a lots of cakes. Per total the food was top top .
The hotel have a a la carte restaurant aswell, the have and tenis table free aswelland kids playground. They have spa and interior pool and turquish bath very nice. The another nice think is on the end of the day during of the week they got wonderful entertainment and the entertainment team friendly and amazing really 10 stars for them aswell .
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The entire hotel staff and the entertainment team were fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and always making sure everyone was having a great time.
The spa is beautiful, the food was delicious, and every evening there was a different themed show or performance, which made the whole experience even more special.
We had such an amazing time and created so many lovely memories here. We will definitely be coming back!
The hotel has its own private beach, but there are only around 150–200 sunbeds for all guests. Every morning, most of them are already "reserved" with towels left overnight, and the hotel does nothing to prevent or manage this. As a result, finding a place to relax becomes a daily challenge.
The pools are always crowded, and the same sunbed problem exists there as well. Instead of enjoying your vacation, you spend a significant part of the day searching for a free sunbed or trying to keep one.
The main restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and the quality is generally good. However, the overall organization is weak. During busy hours, it feels chaotic, with long queues, difficulty finding a table, and a lack of proper management.
Another issue was smoking. Smokers were everywhere—on the beach, around the pools, and in other common areas. Considering that this is a family-friendly resort with many children, it would be much better to have designated smoking areas. This would make the environment much more comfortable for families and non-smokers.
Overall, the hotel has good potential, but poor organization seriously affects the guest experience. The constant competition for sunbeds, overcrowded facilities, widespread smoking, and weak management create unnecessary stress throughout the day. A vacation should be relaxing, not a daily struggle to access basic amenities. Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again.
2nd time to prime beach in marmaris in Turkey, upgraded room to sea view, little Dissapointed with space in room, and shower ridiculous small to move in. But its clean and all services work spot on. However, on holiday your room is just a bed for the night.
Got to say food most of the time is pretty decent, deserts are best, snacks are spot on, and drink always flowing.
One thing would make a big difference to outside area, please cover up the ice cream cart when not open as young kids don't understand why they can't get an ice cream any time of day and not only our grandson but many other kids were seen going into meltdown mode because of it.
Special thanks to the entertainment guys and girls for making it a fun trip and for there friendly banter.
And Special thanks to gogo, vego and little quite Tony as we know them for looking after us to a first class service.
Good memories made and friends made too.
Well located and plenty bars and shops within walking distance, also worth noting that not all Turkish shops are pushing for sales, most after meeting you and talking to you become very welcoming when you pass by,and good deals can be got
Would definitely recommend a stay here, and look forward to a return trip in the future.
