**A Wonderful Family-Friendly Hotel Experience in Bulgaria**
What a beautiful hotel! The location is excellent — very close to beach access and in a wonderfully central area, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the surroundings.
This is truly an **exceptional family-friendly hotel**. The food was excellent, and every main meal gave us a delicious opportunity to experience Bulgarian cuisine. One of my favorite touches was the **evening snack**. Whether you are a child or an adult, there is something special about enjoying an evening tea or coffee with a little snack, and the hotel has thoughtfully created something that everyone can enjoy.
The **pool area is fantastic**, and the pool bar is open throughout the day, offering fresh and refreshing juices. They also have slush drinks available for both children and adults, which was especially appreciated during our stay when there was a heat warning. The slush was a refreshing way to cool down and stay hydrated throughout the day.
There is also a **game room**, which was a great addition for families. I enjoyed playing with the kids, and it gave us some wonderful quality family time together.
The rooms are **very spacious**, with large balconies that provide plenty of additional space to relax. Parking is available for a very reasonable fee, and the property felt safe and secure throughout our stay.
What truly stood out, however, was the **hospitality**. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The owner is very hands-on and actually stays at the property, which gives the hotel a wonderful personal touch. You can tell that this is a hospitality-oriented family who genuinely cares about their guests and their experience. Having the owner so involved creates a level of attention and reassurance that is not always found at larger hotels.
Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful combination of **excellent food, genuine Bulgarian hospitality, family-friendly activities, spacious rooms, a fantastic pool, a convenient location, and thoughtful touches throughout the stayp.
We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay in Bulgaria. ❤️
A very nice little hotel, well located. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was delicious and varied. Most of the staff were very friendly.
Could be improved - some of the staff acted as if they were on vacation - cigarettes and coffee. Details like coffee stains, clean glasses, and chipped glasses need attention.
We rested in July this year. A wonderful cozy hotel. Delicious food. Friendly staff and super positive bartenders :)
The hotel is clean, tidy, modern.
The room was cleaned every day, the bed and towels were changed three times in 7 days (without asking, it's good).
The beach is 200 m away (there are paid and free zones), supermarkets and pharmacies are nearby. It is very convenient that the hotel has currency exchange at an adequate rate. The city center is 3 km away, there is a public transport stop under the hotel, which is very convenient.
In general, only pleasant impressions from the rest remained, I recommend it!
We spent here 10 days with kids and are totally satisfied with accommodation, service, cuisine. Staff is friendly and nice, enough food in restaurant and enough places for all visitors in restaurant and near the pool. The sea is very close, about 5 minutes walking, sand beach, sea is warm and clear. Recommend!
loved my week stay here with my parents, the staff gave us a goody bag of food because our flight was delayed which was so sweet. great pool facilities, friendly staff and bartenders and a great atmosphere amongst the guests. would 100% stay here again :)
