We really enjoyed our stay at The Breeze; it was very pleasant and the staff are professional.
The rooms are clean and spacious, though the walls are a bit thin. Everyone was very kind, from the reception to the restaurant. We want to thank Juan Carlos and his team, who really know their jobs. I also booked a massage, and Rosa was lovely and very skilful.
We recommend it for your future vacations :)
We really enjoyed our holiday at this hotel, from the moment we walked in the staff were friendly, helpful and polite.
The room that we had was amazing, very spacious, two balconies with good views of the town, especially at night.
Very good choice of food in the restaurant, the bar area Comfortable seats.
No problem getting a sun lounger even when we went around the pool at 10:30 am. Pool towels were supplied for residence, which is very helpful.
Very easy to get to Barcelona for a day from Santa Susanna, the train station is a short walk from the hotel.
I would like to thank all of the staff that I spoke to that gave me time to try and speak Spanish as I have only just learned some. I have a long way to go, but they were all very patient and also helped me with my Spanish language skills.
Probably the best hotel in Santa Susanna / Malgrat de Mar !
I recently spent 5 nights here as a solo traveler in July on an all-inclusive basis. Everything was perfect, and I have no negative comments. Having stayed in about ten different hotels in the Santa Susanna / Malgrat de Mar area over the last few years, this one is, in my personal opinion, the absolute best.
Room & Comfort: All rooms are spacious, well-designed suites. The bedding was comfortable, and having a pillow menu was a great plus. The cleanliness was flawless. I highly appreciated the free safe, bathrobe, beach towel, and a fridge with welcome drinks—amenities that are becoming rare nowadays. Thanks to the "Adults Only" concept, it was incredibly quiet; I never heard any noise from the corridors or neighboring rooms. Standard amenities like a hairdryer, TV, and bathtub/shower were all present.
Location: Ideal and peaceful. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops, a train station, and a Carrefour supermarket. Since the hotel is slightly set back from the main commercial strip, the surroundings are very quiet.
Dining (All-Inclusive): The three daily meals are buffet-style. The food is decent and standard for the area, but what stands out is the restaurant atmosphere: it is huge and peaceful, making every meal relaxing. As for the all-inclusive drinks, there is a wide variety of soft drinks and alcohols. Most of the spirits are genuine, premium brands, not cheap generic ones like you may find elsewhere.
Services: Daily entertainment and shows are organized throughout the day, offering something for everyone. Also, the free Wi-Fi is exceptionally fast everywhere, from the rooms to the pool area.
Staff: I received a warm welcome on arrival with clear explanations. Note that only a few staff members speak French, so English or Spanish is preferred. Everyone I met was exemplary—friendly, helpful, attentive, and genuinely happy to do their job.
A special shout-out to Aliz, Arwa, and Juan Carlos, who made my stay even more memorable with their dedication and kindness. I truly look forward to seeing them again in September!
Our stay here has been amazing. We brought my dad for his 60th birthday and it hasn't disappointed. He wanted sun and fun and the hotel and nearby beach brought just that.
The food never lacked and the bar/restaurant service was friendly and accommodating.
Cleanliness was also fab.
My sister and I treated ourselves to massages and we treated dad also. He loved his (hilariously declined to wear a paper thong) and ours was fab too. I apologize we can't remember the names of either masseuse 🫠 but they were both amazing. I was apprehensive about having a male massage me, and had mine done at the same time as my sister in the same room as a female. I had nothing to worry about and was completely comfortable (albeit a little giggly - sorry). We left in a daze it was so good (hence why we couldn’t recollect names 🥲). 2 sleeps Left and already planning our next trip back.
Good hotel in santa Susanna. The new rooms are beautiful. The Pool is ok but you have to be early to have a place at the Pool. The animation team is very nice, they have a lot of activities (some you have to subscribe). The restaurant is ok, not super but ok. Because it is a adult only it is quiet nice.
