Hotel LIVVO Jandía Golf – All Inclusive

We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering it is a 4-star hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was more than acceptable, especially taking into account that it is located in a windy area surrounded by nature and a golf course. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The food was varied, with plenty of choices every day, and the quality was very good. We also used the hotel's free taxi service to the beach several times without any problems, which was very convenient and made getting to the beach easy. Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation. The hotel is well managed, offers great service, and provides excellent value for the price. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Fuerteventura.

We had a wonderful stay at Jandía Golf Resort and would happily return. The hotel completely met our expectations for a 4-star resort. Check-in was quick and easy, and as we arrived late, the receptionist kindly offered us sandwiches, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Every area of the hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The buffet exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food, with plenty of different options at every meal, including a live cooking station. Even the soups changed between lunch and dinner, which showed the effort put into offering a diverse menu. The pool area was great, especially for families, with water slides and a fun atmosphere. The entertainment team was fantastic and made an effort to engage with both adults and children. Although the hotel is not close to the beach and is quite far from the airport, this wasn't an issue for us as we rented a car. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the beach, which is a great option for guests without a car. We travelled as a family, but we also saw couples and groups of friends enjoying their stay, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. We had a wonderful experience at Jandia Golf Hotel in Fuerteventura! We booked a large and very spacious apartment, and a big plus for us as parents 😂 was that the doors could be locked. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were always attentive and happy to help guests. The chefs are exceptional, and the tastiest fish I’ve ever eaten was here! The pool is truly a paradise for children. Even though our son attended swimming lessons for two consecutive years, it was only here that he finally overcame his fear and understood that he could float. These 7 days were a dream, especially for him, as he spent so much time in the pool. Every morning you could see the staff carefully cleaning the pool area and the surroundings near the restaurant and bar. That’s when we understood why the pool opens at 10 AM — a little late for us — and closes at 7 PM, but it makes sense because the evening entertainment on stage starts at 8 PM. Everything is very well organized and thoughtfully managed. The hotel also offers a free taxi service to the beach, which is very useful, although the schedule was a bit late for us (around 10–10:30 AM departure and return at 5 PM). Still, it’s perfect for people who want to avoid strong sun exposure. Unfortunately, we only found out on our departure day that we could have paid extra to keep the room until the afternoon when our airport bus arrived. However, the 3 extra hours were not a major problem. The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. The hotel has a luggage storage room, and we were still able to enjoy all the facilities: the game room right next to the luggage room, the bar, lunch, and snacks. Top cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and the beaches completely won us over! This was our second time here, and we will definitely return to Fuerteventura again!

A really nice, comfortable and friendly hotel, and 10/10 if you consider the value for money aspect. Commenting on the previous reviews: you can ask for the room being cleaned every day while checking in and they will do it without any problems. There is only one slide operating at a time due to a lifeguard upstairs releasing people safely, but they change the one which is open every 30-40 minutes. And yes, it is a bit remote, but renting a car for like 50Eur per week will make your stay there more comfortable and will give you a chance to explore the island which is definitely worth it. Two less positive comments: having the Italian restaurant open on Fridays and Saturdays makes it impossible for people arriving on Wednesday-Thursday (like us) to get a table there - maybe it would be a good idea to have it open on different days? And secondly, I could see restaurant staff aligning the tables perfectly after dinner using a string while you could barely see through the windows there as they were that dirty - maybe it would be good to take a better look around ;) generally, I would highly recommend giving this hotel a go, thank you for our stay!

We are not fans of huge, noisy hotels. For us, the most important things were a relaxing atmosphere, swimming pools, water slides, an all-inclusive experience, and plenty of entertainment for children. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It has a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere where children have lots to do, while adults can truly relax. The hotel is not located directly on the beach, but for us that was never a problem. We knew we wouldn’t spend all day at the beach, so we chose the hotel based on what mattered most to us: excellent all-inclusive service, entertainment, swimming pools, water slides, and a peaceful family environment. It was the perfect choice, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pools were fantastic, the slides were great fun, and everything was kept spotlessly clean. The pools were cleaned every day, and there were always two lifeguards on duty, which made us feel very safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. The staff deserve special praise. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone worked professionally and always with a smile. They created such a calm and relaxing atmosphere that we immediately felt at home. We visited in the middle of July, when the hotel was quite busy, but it never felt overcrowded. There was always enough space around the pools and in the restaurants, and we never felt uncomfortable because of the number of guests. The entertainment team did an excellent job. There were activities for children throughout the day, and every evening there was something interesting to enjoy. We especially loved watching the football championship with other guests in such a wonderful atmosphere. The food was outstanding. There was a fantastic variety every day, and during our five-day stay we tried as many different dishes as possible. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The free shuttle bus to Jandía was another great advantage. It took only around 5–7 minutes to reach the beach and the town centre. For guests who prefer more flexibility, a taxi costs only around €7, which we also found very reasonable. One of the things that impressed us most was the service on both arrival and departure. We arrived around two hours before check-in, expecting to wait. Instead, we were immediately given our all-inclusive wristbands and invited to enjoy lunch and relax by the pool. Less than 40 minutes later, we received a phone call to say that our room was already ready, allowing us to check in much earlier than expected. Our departure day was just as impressive. We checked out at midday, but our transfer was not until 4:00 pm. The reception staff offered us pool towels, told us we could continue using the restaurant, bars, and all hotel facilities free of charge, and even showed us the shower rooms where we could freshen up before leaving. We asked whether there would be an additional charge, but the staff kindly reassured us that everything was included. Thanks to this wonderful gesture, we spent our final hours relaxing by the pool instead of waiting in the lobby. Our room also had an absolutely breathtaking view. The scenery, especially the clouds over the mountains, was simply magical. Waking up to such a beautiful view every morning made our holiday even more special.
