I'm in this hotel at the moment. Honestly I didn't expect 3 star hotel to be so perfect. Location is fine. Service and very friendly staff, always fresh food. Rooms are not very new, but very wide and very clean. All the rooms are with the air conditioner, fridge, towels, shampoos, soap, blankets and other staff which you need for staying. Rooms service every day.
I definitely do recommend this hotel for staying.
Got moved here because the hotel we were at wasn’t suitable for a disabled person in our group, we had lost my daughters case and the manager was very helpful trying to get this back to us,which we did 4 days into the holiday!… unfortunately the bar manager was rude and ignorant, didn’t like serving people drinks so wasn’t sure why he was there, the pool area was dirty as wasn’t cleaned at all whilst we was there (13days) food in my opinion wasn’t good, chicken every day and nothing for children,so although all inclusive this was limited, drinks started at 11am and finished at 10pm and no snacks at all throughout the day where available, giving drinks from cheap bottles of pop in small glasses then refused my son when he went back for another (bar manager) very upset children we had and not very happy adults would not return again. I’ve added pictures of the pool area which I did show the owner and within the hour it was then cleaned, but this was like this all the time we where here,no pride in the hotel from the people that worked there or the owners as they where there every day. It would be a lovely hotel if someone put the effort into it.
Very poor hotel in general. Room was never clean up, and if you do not ask for clean towels, you won’t get them (policy is to change every 3rd day). Breakfast is poor and the same every day. Lunch and dinner are slightly better, with a few charges in main dishes, bust still poor.
Only guys in the bar and service are the stars of this hotel and location from the bech (50m).
Should avoid this low budget hotel!
My first experience with an all inclusive concept. Food should vary more, it's quite the same all the time, and there is a lot of old food where they add something to it and make it a new dish. Rooms are average and we had a room with an AC over the bed, you cannot sleep with it running. Not my choice again. It is very close to the beach though and that is a good thing, and a nice view from the balcony. The bar closes at 9 pm local time.
Definitely the worst hotel I've ever been to. They didn't clean our rooms even once in 10 days, they didn't change our sheets, one day we found sheets on the bed that we had to change ourselves. Their cleaners are stealing from the rooms and no one has taken any action in this matter, neither the staff or the police. Every day the same food, over-seasoned, only the location is good. Bartender is very nice. I do not recommend to anyone.
