We spent some wonderful days at the Nicolas Color Hotel! ❤️ My husband and I came to celebrate his birthday, and from the very first moment we were welcomed by an incredibly kind, attentive and helpful staff. They always did their best to accommodate our requests, and throughout our stay we truly felt that the guests’ satisfaction was important to them. 🥰 The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless, and the towels and bed linen were changed regularly, so every day we could return to a fresh and pleasant environment. The food definitely deserves a special mention! Everything was very delicious, fresh and plentiful, with a huge variety to choose from at every meal. There were plenty of vegetables, fruits, desserts and all kinds of delicious dishes. Breakfast was also very varied, with something for everyone. The cocktails were fantastic as well – delicious, and there was a great selection to choose from. We would especially like to mention Csilla, the lifeguard, who was extremely kind and attentive. It was such a pleasure to meet such a friendly and helpful person. The hotel also prepared a small birthday cake for my husband, sang Happy Birthday to him, and even gave him a lovely greeting card. It was such a beautiful and touching surprise for both of us. Our anniversary also happened to fall during our stay, and the hotel prepared something special for that occasion as well. We received a beautiful fruit platter and a bottle of champagne. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and made our stay even more special. The hotel’s location is excellent too. It is centrally located, with everything close by, and the nearby attractions, restaurants and various activities are all easily accessible. Overall, Nicolas Color Hotel is a beautiful, clean, well-maintained and truly welcoming hotel. The delicious and varied food, the wonderful staff and all the little thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely comfortable and cared for during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Nicolas Color Hotel to everyone! ❤️ We are leaving with many beautiful memories and sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to return one day. 🌴☀️🇨🇾
One of the worst hotels I have been to. Even though the staff was very polite and friendly the facilities were horrible. The rooms are old but slightly “renovated”. Bathroom was not practical at all, shower head was broken and the water on the floor would stay there forever. It also smelled bad. The room’s door was broken making it very hard to open and close. Doors in the corridors and in the room did not have door-stops making it very hard to move with luggage. On top of that the lift button for ground floor was broken the day we were leaving so we had to carry everything down the stairs. All inclusive was a big disappointment. Water bottles were not included only glass of water which tasted weird. Nothing in a bottle only draft drinks. Cocktail menu very limited and snack portions were ridiculously small. The buffets had a good variety but most food was low quality or not very tasty. Italian night was the best we tried comparatively. Breakfast was ok. We ended up spending no time at the hotel because the all inclusive deal was not so good after all and the pool was small. You also get charged for towels if you don’t have your own and additionally they ask for a €10 deposit per towel (cash only). There were dead cockroaches all over the place but not in the room. In general we were very unsatisfied with the hotel and it was very disappointing even for a budget hotel. Lastly, I want to emphasize once again how hardworking and hospitable the staff were. They consistently did their best to make guests feel comfortable with the resources they had available. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists and bar/restaurant staff to the housekeeping team and maintenance staff. However, I would not visit again.
Staff are so nice helpful, the names I remember of some, starting from reception where we had an issue with both our room with the ac not working shout out to Gery the receptionist lady who help solve the issue by moving us to better rooms. We wanted to hire a car so we asked receptionist where the best place is she assisted us by calling one they work in partnership with, shout out to tattiana who helped us with this request. Room service lady I didn’t get your name but out your whole team you clean the room the best, the Malaysian looking lady. However this doesn’t mean the others aren’t good they are lovely they greet you with a smile and say good morning. But she stood out with how she does the room and how helpful she is with helping us to use the washing machine and dryer. Kupesh Andreas the two brothers from the snack bar thank you so much for making us feel welcomed and engaging in conversation with us. Lifeguard lady don’t take a day off the other male life guard thinks he’s guarding the beach. He’s not as helpful as you are. Lifeguard lady is helpful and she comes around engaging in conversation with everyone tries to get people involved ie in water exercises There was a very rude little local boy who purposely through the ball at her face infront of everyone but she dealt with it so well even though the kid was in her face. All n all the hotel is lucky to have her as the lifeguard. Shout out to one last person who stood out the whole time we was at the hotel was GEORGE such a lovely man he tries his best to make sure everyone is having a good experience you will mainly find him in the restaurant area. The hotel doesn’t have any entertainment for those who’d prefer to stay indoors would be great if it did have entertainment to apply to age groups that stay there. Snack bar for all inclusive has a time limit. Otherwise the Hotel is in a brilliant location literally behind the luna park and at a 10mins walk from the harbour. The closest beach is a rocky beach so make sure you have your water shoes but otherwise the water is nice and clean. Beach beds and umbrella available at a cost of €6.50. Beach is at the harbour.
Excellent stay at Nicholas Color Hotel! Clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, and a great central location. The breakfast and dinner were varied and plentiful. Per total this place offering great value without being overpriced. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday! 😊
Hotel in a great location, close to everything you need. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff were very friendly, especially the young girls working at breakfast and the housekeeping staff. The hotel and surrounding area were clean and well maintained. The only downside was the poor sound insulation in the rooms – you could hear noise from the nearby clubs and amusement park, as well as from neighboring rooms, especially the bathrooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant
