We booked this hotel 5 days before we arrived, I can honestly say this is the most relaxing family holiday we have had. 2 children age 8 and 10.
The food was lovely, fresh and cooked well. Large variety of dishes. Everyone found something they liked for every meal.
All the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely stay. Shout out to the Bar Team and the restaurant team. Front desk and all of housekeeping. Our first night we asked for more pillows and they arrived with 10mins.
We were able to get a space on the cooking class. Well worth it, and fun.
The entertainment was small, no big shows, but enough going on all day so check the App for things to do.
Hire a car if you can, we did 3 days and went north. Beautiful towns and beaches.
Visit the night market, also the marina.
I would return and recommend this hotel
Great holiday. Fabulous service. Awesome food! Concetta was so friendly at dinner.
Sophia led a wonderful cooking experience with chef Francesco, who cooked incredible food daily. Thank you to all the kitchen and restaurant staff behind the scenes and front of house who worked tirelessly every day to provide an amazing variety of food and lovely service three times a day.
Stefano, Sara and Davide and team were so fun and helpful at the bar. Sarah the Tui rep gave fab advice with a smile.
The reception staff were also really lovely and helpful.
But overall, the trip was amazing and if I could write everyone’s names I would. Everyone was lovely and so hardworking. Thank you!
The hotel has everything you need to relax and unwind and if you hire a car there are some beautiful beaches, Islands and towns to visit. A fab location.
After reading previous reviews we really weren’t sure what to expect!
Well we were pleasantly surprised, the little bungalows were lovely and kept very clean. The gardens were beautiful, well maintained and spotless. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The food was great, always a nice selection, the only negative about the food was that it was not very hot. The pool area was spotlessly clean, well maintained always managed to get a sunbed, the pool was very welcoming in the hot weather with a lifeguard there all day. We walked to the beach but weren’t impressed, the sand really wasn’t nice to walk on, footwear is definitely required.
The bus service was very poor and the taxis expensive. We did a great trip to Corsica, which I would recommend although for a family it might be expensive at €146 pp.
Overall a lovely hotel, we had a great time.
What a lovely place. We’ve had the best week here. Perfect for young families - or anyone who wants to relax and enjoy themselves! Food is great, amenities are perfect. Pool, beach, varied activities, friendly staff, a beautiful location. I could stay for much longer! Loved the yoga with Patrick and my daughter loved the floating yoga too. 100% recommend!
An excellent hotel all around. We stayed with our 20-month-old twins, and the hotel was perfect for them—everything was close by, the grounds were flat, and the setting was as beautiful as Sardinia always is. All the staff were great. A special mention to the team members whose names I remember:
Cristina from catering: She helped immensely when my daughters didn't want to sit still in the restaurant. Also, all the waitresses and waiters were very kind. Ada and others.
Sara, Alessandro, and Monica from the bar: They were all incredibly friendly and even helped me practice my Italian!
The lunchtime pool chef: I apologise for forgetting his name, but he was an absolute gentleman—so friendly and helpful.
Thank you for an excellent time. We hope to return soon!
