★★★½ 3.5/5 This hotel is advertised as five-star, but in its current condition, I really don’t think it meets a five-star standard. The reception/lounge area is very nice, and the outdoor pool is ok. The food by the pool was actually really good, and the drinks were fine. The biggest highlight, though, is the staff. The service is incredible — everyone we encountered was genuinely lovely, welcoming and helpful. They deserve a huge amount of credit. Unfortunately, the property itself is extremely dated. Everything in the room feels old and tired and, although our room was very clean, the rooms are nowhere near five-star quality. The air conditioning was very poor. The indoor pool area was particularly unappealing and not somewhere we wanted to spend any time. The location is another drawback. There really isn’t much around the hotel, so you should be prepared for that if you stay here. The hotel is apparently due for renovations, which it badly needs. I’d actually be interested in returning after the renovation to see what they do with it, because the wonderful staff give the property a lot of potential. With a serious update to the rooms and facilities, this could be a very different hotel.
This hotel is nice but far from the airport. It’s a bit outdated but everything in the room does its job. This is the place which our group was provided accommodation by Sky Express. We checked in very late at around 11pm and the first room we received had very bad WiFi signal but they were nice enough to switch us to a better room. The issue is the following morning, staff entered and opened our door at least three times while we were sleeping. Not sure what happened, maybe the room switch wasn’t logged but that is incredibly unsafe and disruptful as it happened not once, not twice, but three times. Nothing was brought up by the front desk when we were checking out so it is incredibly strange.
Was there for 9 days, everyone were super nice and helpfull. Location is good for quite relaxation away from center of town. Have restaurants and boardwalk 7 minutes drive. And some local as well 3 minutes walk away.
My stay at Zeus Essence Ramada Athens was absolutely outstanding. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and genuine Greek hospitality. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with stunning sea views that made every morning special. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, I felt truly valued as a guest. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool, spa, and dining areas, were well-maintained and created a relaxing atmosphere. The seaside location is beautiful, providing breathtaking sunsets and a peaceful escape while still being conveniently close to Athens and the airport. I highly recommend Zeus Essence Ramada Athens to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Greece. I will definitely return and would gladly rate my experience 10/10. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit unforgettable!
An Unforgettable Luxury Experience My recent stay at The Zeus was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped into the magnificent, light-filled lobby, the level of service and attention to detail exceeded every expectation of a five-star property. We stayed in an Ocean View Suite, which was impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and featured breathtaking panoramic views. The bed offered cloud-like comfort, and the marble bathroom came stocked with premium luxury amenities. The hospitality truly sets this hotel apart. Every staff member—from the prompt valet team to the exceptionally polite concierge—went above and beyond to anticipate our needs with genuine warmth and professionalism.Overall, this hotel offers a masterclass in hospitality. Whether you are traveling for a romantic getaway or a celebratory trip, it delivers an experience that is well worth every penny. I cannot wait to return!
