I would highly recommend this hotel. It was always clean and tidy, the food was excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing.
A special mention goes to the entertainment team, Zindonko and Christianos. They made our holiday so much fun, keeping us entertained around the pool during the day and making bingo in the evenings a real highlight. They were hilarious and always full of energy.
I’d also like to thank Anna, who worked in the coffee shop during the day and the bar in the evening. She was always so friendly, welcoming us with a lovely smile and providing fantastic service throughout our stay.
We had a fabulous holiday and can’t wait to come back!
First time in my life, I can say that this is 4 stars hotel that deserves the 4 stars but not more.
Were there as a family of 4, two adults and two kids age 2+7, half board.
The staff at the front desk are kind. Also the staff at the restaurants. A few times we had to wait for the elevator for long time since the cleaning staff used it and it seemed normal to them that the guests will wait..
The hotel has in total 4 swimming pools. Kids zone is small but fun, adults only pool, indoor pool and main pool. All clean and nice. Water in the main pool is warm.
Strong wifi in all hotel areas.
The room was OK. By the pictures of the room we thought that there will be double bed, one bed and small couch for our toddler. But in reality the sofa is not for sleeping and the toddler was sleeping with us on the double.
Beautiful hotel – we had a wonderful 10-day stay! ❤️
We stayed here for 10 days and had such a wonderful time. The pool and sunbeds were lovely, and our room was beautiful, with an amazing view that stretched for miles.
The food was great, too. We only ate out once during our entire stay because there was always such a good variety of delicious options available at the hotel. The drinks were okay – pretty much what you’d expect from an all-inclusive.
The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff and other guests were friendly. We met some really lovely people and made some great friends during our stay.
A mention has to go to Christianos and Harriet, who were brilliant. They were so attentive, friendly and genuinely funny, which really added to our experience.
The only downside for us was the evening entertainment. Having bingo every night became a little repetitive towards the end of our stay and boring, although the shows themselves afterwards were really good including the live singers in the adults only bar.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return. We would highly recommend this hotel!
Spent 2 nights here with our 2-year-old and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel looks renovated and the room was great.
The pools are fantastic (the kids' pool with slides is awesome!), and both the playground and the entertainment team were great for our toddler.
Food was fine and the chef clearly puts effort into it, but the vegan options were lacking compared to what we've seen in other Atlantica hotels.
A special thanks to Izabela in the restaurant, she was wonderful, always smiling and so helpful. We had a nice experience overall!
We have spent a wonderful 5 days of faultless enjoyment. From the moment we arrived the hote staff were extremely helpful in answering any questions that we had. The room was clean and quiet despite being opposite the lift we didnt hear a thing. The food was varied and very tasty. We didnt feel the need to book a la carte options at all. The adult pool was a dream for an older couple with no children and gives the feeling of a boutique hotel, quiet and peaceful. The entertainment was good and ended at 22.00 which was perfect for those that wanted to sleep in rooms that overlook the outside bar and stage area. The hotel SPA offers a wide range of treatments and highly enjoyable. Finally, this hotel leaves you with a good feeling of definately wanting to visit again, and im sure we will - hopefully very soon
