Family-run hotel, absolutely impressed, by the kindness, the service, the cleanliness, the food and facilities. There is an open bar with soft drinks, beer and wine; cakes and other snacks in the afternoon included in the price. The breakfast and dinner are also nice - ingredients are definitely of very good quality. We enjoyed the sauna too. We stayed two nights and went ski nearby (Hochzillertal). I would definitely recommend!
Our first ski holiday in 5 years and we were very happy that we chose Hotel Bachmayerhof. The hotel offers an all-inclusive deal, with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meal all included, as well as free drinks. There was always plenty of food and numerous options at each sitting. At breakfast plastic bags are provided if you want to take a packed lunch rather than return to the hotel. The free drinks include unlimited soft drinks and hot drinks until 10pm, and the alcohol offered is either red or white wine or beer on tap. You can purchase better quality wine by the bottle if you prefer something different to the free offering.
The hotel rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious. We had a room change during our stay so got to see two different rooms, and both of them were excellent.
The staff are friendly and helpful but very little English is spoken, so it's a good idea to brush up on your German. Even with our basic skills we managed to communicate with the staff without any problem.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just 45 minutes drive from Innsbruck Airport and car hire is very easy, just across the road from the terminal. All of the ski areas in the Zillertal Valley are easily reached.
10 Minutes - Spieljoch

Overall there is nothing that we can fault about the hotel or it's location, so we would be happy to recommend.
Great hotel in a great location. Bus stop right outside the door. Large ski/boot room with warming racks. Games room with pool table and table tennis. Buffet style meals with a large selection of options. Unlimited drinks on tap including alcohol from 10am-10pm. Very nice hosts. Clean hotel and rooms.
Very nice room, particularly the bathroom which was a lot more modern than expected (with large fixed showerhead above).
Large buffets for meals with a wide selection. Highly recommend the white wine shrimps with curcuma rice, if you have the option.
All you can drink (taps) too from 10am to 10pm - special mention for the coca cola, a lot better than the syrup version you typically get at fast food places.
Very helpful too - we had to get a splinter out of our daughter's foot but had no tweezers. Staff went out of their way to get us one. The operation was a success.
Parking places all around the building.
Very nice stay, especially for 3 stars.
A really nice small hotel with great service. Everywhere clean and an eye for details. The food was excellent and always something we liked even with picky kids. The rooms had everything we needed and everyday the beds where made and clean towels, if needed. My best recommendations to anyone who consider to stay here. And on top, the ski bus stopped rigth outside the hotel
