Nice family and kids friendly hotel. Staff is great and they make you have a smooth and comfortable holiday. All the staff is really working hard from the beginning of the day till late night. Our kids were also very happy at the Kids Club. They really liked the staff in there who were all very kind and friendly. They had great time in there and we were very pleased with that service.
Sea and beach is nice and calm. Pools are very well maintained. Food around the beach and pools are really high quality and waiting times are very short even during the rush hours of lunch. Restaurant food is fresh and good quality but sometimes it might be very repetitive i.e. same dishes few days in a row but this does not mean they were not delicious or inedible.
Room service is also very good and they are very responsive. They reacted very quick to all our requests. Every day fresh linens and towels, as well as neatly cleaned floors and walls were really nice to see. My mother-in-law got cold and hotel management helped us to get medicine from a pharmacy outside. They even sent a card wishing “get well soon” with a fruit table. It was a really nice gesture and made our day.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our time at Juju. We would like to thank all the people working there giving us a great time. Hope to see you all again.
We had a wonderful stay at JuJu Premier Palace 🤍 From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with warmth and care. Reception and Guest Relations were excellent, always helpful, friendly and attentive, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and well organised, with great food and plenty of choice. A very special mention has to go to the Kids Club. The team there is absolutely wonderful, caring, warm and genuinely great with children. My daughter loved it so much that she always wanted to go back, which says everything 😊
I also had to use the hotel’s medical services during our stay, and both the nurse and the doctor were professional, kind and very caring. Even in an unexpected situation, I felt completely looked after.
Overall, it was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Beautiful hotel, great service and, most importantly, wonderful people. Thank you to the whole JuJu Premier Palace team for making our holiday so enjoyable 🤍✨
I had a wonderful stay at Juju Premier Palace. The hotel is excellent for families with children, as there are many activities and facilities designed for kids. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available every day. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Juju Premier Palace to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was clean, well organized, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We were very happy with our experience and would gladly recommend Juju Premier Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would love to visit again in the future!
Juju Premier Palace was the kind of hotel where you arrive thinking, “Nice, one week of relaxing,” and leave wondering how you’re supposed to return to normal life after being fed every 15 minutes.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools are huge, the sea and mountain views are amazing, and the whole place has that proper Turkish resort feeling. The staff were friendly, hardworking and somehow still smiling while dealing with hundreds of us tourists making very important life decisions. And speaking of food. You will not starve here. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, drinks… basically if you manage to feel hungry at Juju Premier Palace, that is a personal achievement.
The entertainment was also great. During the day there was always something happening, and in the evening the hotel came alive again. You can easily spend the whole holiday inside the resort and completely forget that the outside world exists. And the hotel cats are so friendly and playful!
The location near Kemer is also fantastic: mountains behind you, Mediterranean Sea in front of you. Not a bad office. Of course, like every big resort, there can be busy moments and occasionally you may find yourself participating in the unofficial Olympic sport of finding the perfect sunbed. But overall, the atmosphere was excellent.
For conclusion, came here as a normal person, left several kilograms heavier, slightly tanned, emotionally attached to all-inclusive food and drinks.
Would definitely return in the future!
