I did not stay in the rooms at this hotel but went for a massage and hanam. The steam room was amazingly hot and felt wonderful. After using the steam room, however, the sauna felt barely warmer than the weather outside. The massage lasted 90 minutes and was not a good Massage. I tried to tell my masseuse to massage harder and stronger, but she did not. I heard from another guest that his experience was the same. The whole experience cost $100 and I’ve definitely gotten Better massages for a lot less.
The hotel’s location is right by the seaside and it has a nice view from the rooms of the open sea. However, the experience of the stay that I had on the other hand was not satisfactory. This hotel is suitable for families with children and especially with young children this place would be heaven for them but if you are coming to relax and chill in a quiet atmosphere, then I wouldn’t recommend this place. First of all, there are 3 meals provided per day plus snacks and drinks all around the day which is great with a big variety, too. However, the taste of the food items is of a low quality and not tasty at all except for a few items. Second, the beach area is clean and the water is also clean but there is no service at the beach. You need to go and help yourself if you want to drink anything. Towels are provided at the beach along with sun-beds but you will need to clean the sunbed because they are not cleaned by the staff. Expect to wait in queues to grab your meals especially at the weekend. However, the staff do their best to be quick in refilling the empty containers with food and drinks, but the food hall is definitely understaffed. We grab our food and wait for a table to be cleaned for a long time.
The room was spacious but not cleaned thoroughly. The room had 2 phones but one of them wasn’t working. I found a plastic bottle cap next to the bed and a plastic paper from a cigarette packet on the floor, too. Most of the furniture is old and it was dusty. The bathroom was clean though and it had all the toiletries provided. Starting the afternoon till 11 pm expect to have loud music playing outside and it comes through the windows to the room and makes it so hard to sleep plus children running and screaming and stomping their feet on the floors all around the hotel.
Also something I noticed is that the guests I encountered with at hotel were rude and judgmental and from a strict or religious background I can say. They cut in the line while you are waiting for the elevator and enter before you even if they see you waiting before them. They bump into you while walking and not even notice.
As I said, this place would be ideal for a family with children and kids to play and have a blast but it’s not for relaxing or having a quiet holiday.
Everything was amazing thank you for your service
The location, beach, animation team and activities of the hotel is great. However they are missing many things to be a 5 star hotel. The food is not high quality and the selection is not great at all. We stayed at the connected building and we did not know until checked in which smells horrible with a rusted elevator, there is no wi-fi in that building, there is minimum lighting to walk to the building! And the room was dirty when we checked in! Also when you go to an all inclusive hotel and invite all the kids to an activity you should not ask a fee for that service. That’s morally wrong for the kids.
The people were really nice and respectful the rooms were clean and big ever night some people did live music and it was so fun and the food was great the nicest person was veli
