Extremely positive experience overall. The children facilities are outstanding, the restaurant staff incredibly nice and the surroundings are breathtaking. The only cons are that there’s no air conditioning, and that many of the children activities are in German, so the English speaking children have a hard time participating. I still highly recommend this hotel for families. Fun stay!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Truly a family oriented establishment! There were a ton of activities for the kids! The staff were also very friendly and helpful! Big shout out to Richard and Ada who were great at organizing events and engaging the kids! The wait staff was very accommodating and helpful! The bartender, Antonio, was able to recommend some great spots in town! The only reason I can’t give this place 5 stars is because the mattresses in our beds were VERY firm. It would also be nice if they included stools in the bathrooms so kids can reach the sink. Lastly, buffet dining for every meal is not a personal favorite, but there was a great selection and the food was delicious!
Absolutely stunning! Staff patient, friendly and with good sense of humor. Food, spa and playground area - excellent! Private ski shuttle, the ski room great with dryers. I’d improve WiFi (and make it secure with password), as well as the water pressure in the bathroom. Somewhat I was not able to regulate the temperature in the room (was too hot and all the radiators were zero). It would also be good to offer ski bus return for lunch time to hotel and after lunch time back to ski area. All that said it’s just recommendation :) It’s a great place to stay and relax with kids or without.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and were totally satisfied in every way. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel welcome. Every single member of the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful – please keep the staff, all of them 😄 They truly make this place special. The scenery is beautiful and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. We were especially impressed with the child animators – they were fantastic! Our children loved the activities, and the facilities for kids are simply exceptional. It is rare to find a hotel that caters to families so thoughtfully and with such high quality. A special compliment goes to the chef – hats off! We enjoyed every single meal. The food was outstanding, varied, and prepared with great care. This is truly an exceptional hotel in this area and even in the entire Bayern region. We have never experienced such a great hotel before. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay.
This is the second year that we come to Lisi Family hotel and we have really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfect for families with so many kids games and amenities! The location is great, next to Kitzbuhel with beautiful views of the Wilder Kaiser. The restaurant staff is really wonderful: they are all the time taking care of the guests and are always friendly and nice (all speak English!). We would like to mention and thank also Evi at reception and Richard at the kids club who have been extremely nice
