A huge disappointment. The food selection was very limited. The rooms were small, outdated, and poorly maintained. The furniture was very old, and some of the pillows had an unpleasant smell. Due to a lack of staff, there were times when we couldn’t even get a drink. Apart from two or three employees, the staff were not particularly friendly. If you didn’t follow their usual way of doing things, they could be quite rude. The only staff members who were genuinely helpful were those at the front desk. The only positive thing I can mention is the hotel’s location.
For our family, this location was the best choice! Everything was superlative, the staff was very friendly, the food was very tasty, everything was perfect, we had a wonderful week in this location, we will definitely come back.
The hotel was quiet and relaxing, great for families. Thank you Anais and Thimotee and the reception team for handling so well all the situations
It was amazing, a nice experience and i recommend this place for family trips and everything. Anais and Thimothy were amazing and very nice people.
Excellent stay here! Close to both Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez! The staff is so nice! Especially the receptionist Laura, she gave me great advice! The manager is very friendly too! Looking forward to coming back in May already, hope I can have the same room as this time.
