I had a very enjoyable stay at Sunprime C-Lounge in Alanya. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the rooms were always clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the overall experience even better.
The hotel has a great location, very close to the beach, with its own private beach area and jetty, which was a big plus. There is also a swimming pool inside the hotel, which is convenient and well maintained.
There were just a couple of small downsides. The cleaning products in the bathroom could be improved, and it can get a bit noisy at night depending on where your room is located.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay with good facilities, friendly staff, and an excellent beachfront setup.
Been several times, never disappoints. Very friendly staff, big thank you to the bar staff, Ramazan has been there a long time, nice to go back and recognise familiar faces. Big thank you to Yasemin, lovely girl, always has a smile on her face and Mujqan in the Patisserie and with us being English we love our cups of tea, always greeted us with (English tea, cold milk) with a smile on her face and cookies and cakes to die for. Looking forward to our next visit already.
I was here for a week off season in February. Don’t come here to get good quality sleep! There are open floors, so all noice will go directly up to your floor. Neighbours rooms are easily heard. Staff at night watched soccer and is incredibly loud.
Recently stayed at this hotel for 11 nights with my wife, right from the outset everything about this hotel was class class class, the staff was excellent and always there whan needed, the rooms kept spotless and a excellent variation of food, will definately return again in the near future.
My wife and i are with you again 9th Sept-19th Sept 26 could we please again have room number 211, look forward to seeing you soon. Royston
If I could I would give 6 stars on all categories. Staff is friendly, polite and very helpful in all situations, the room we stayed in was just splendid. The Beach area with the restaurant/bar is just fantastic, the staff couldn't be any more welcoming and service minded. The food is just mouth watering good. I cant praise this place enough! Well worth the stay! If I go to Alanya again, this is the place I will stay at.
