Muito bom

The location is very good, and the beach is just a short walk away. There are plenty of places around the hotel where you can sit, relax, and simply chill. Especially terrace is very nice and quiet. The hotel was quite full, but there was always somewhere to relax, so it never felt crowded. There is always something to eat and drink available throughout the day. I honestly can't complain about the food. I enjoyed almost everything. The selection is quite large for a 4-star hotel. And for those who likes sweets, there is plenty of baklava. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a very friendly bartender who makes great cocktails. The entire hotel area was kept clean and tidy. The hotel also has a spa. Normally, I don't visit spas, but there was a guy named Mami working there who was friendly and, most importantly, not pushy. Because of that, I decided to try a massage, and I really enjoyed it. Of course, there were a few downsides. When we arrived, we were initially given a room that wasn't great. It was right next to the elevator. You open the door and the bed is practically right there. The bathroom also had no ventilation, so the air inside wasn't very pleasant. After we asked, the room was changed the following day, which we appreciated, although we did leave an extra tip for change.. Around the pool, almost all sunbeds are usually "reserved" with towels, even when nobody is actually using them. Some particularly dedicated guests even seem to reserve their spots the night before, which is quite funny, haha! 😄 However, the biggest downside for me was the room doors. They automatically slam shut with a very loud bang, and most guests don't bother holding them as they think only of themselves. As a result, you constantly hear doors slamming throughout the day, especially early in the morning and in the evenings. If you're the kind of person who likes to sleep in on vacation instead of waking up at 7:00 a.m. for breakfast or reserve spot at pool this can become quite annoying. This is probably the main reason why I'm not sure I would choose this hotel again. Despite that, our overall impression was positive, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We checked into TAÇ Premier Hotel & Spa and left only a few hours later. We were assigned room 2106, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel was far below the standard we expected. The room and common areas did not appear properly maintained, and the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable. We were particularly concerned about hygiene and sanitation. The food quality was very poor. The selection was limited, presentation was unappealing, and the dining area did not look clean or well organized. The service was equally disappointing. Staff showed little interest in helping guests, and customer service was far below what should be expected from a hotel of this category. Another major issue was the noise. The hotel was extremely loud, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. Because of the poor hygiene, low food quality, disappointing service, and excessive noise, we decided to leave the hotel after only a few hours and find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

I have stayed in different hotels, but this hotel was really the worst. Advantages: location. Disadvantages: The food is not tasty and there is very little of it. I don't understand the admire reviews about the food at this hotel. Maybe they served your meals separately? Almost everything on offer was inedible, and once it ran out it is not renewed. The restaurant place is tremendous BUT there's shortage of dinning tables! Dinner time is at 7 pm but when you come all tables are already busy. Fill your plate and eat standing up, absolutely no one cares! We asked the waiters to put more tables, but no one cared. We complained to managers, several times over six-night stay. Thus, we met half of the managers, but to no avail. It's wrong and disgusting to ask for a place where you can eat! In 4-star all-inclusive hotel... On the first day of Eid al-Adha, the festive food was served, but it disappeared less than in an hour! and was never renewed! While we waited for a table, only bones remained on the counter. Us and many like us, were viewing the bones instead of enjoying the food. The staff is extremely rude, especially to women. Hotel service isn't 4-star; it's not even 2-star. Cleaning is purely for show. Furniture in rooms is old and broken, almost no lighting, wifi paid, telephone has no connection. To reach to reseption from room bell boy used his mob.phone. For same value, or even cheaper there're much better options! The hotel is full disappointment.

It has been one month since our stay at TAÇ Premiere, and we still talk about how amazing our experience was. ❤️ My best friend and I arrived on my birthday, and honestly, it couldn’t have been a better way to start the trip. From the very first moment, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. A very special thank you goes to our first friend, Nuri. He showed us around, explained everything we could use, and told us about all the activities and services at the hotel. He also recommended the best Hamam experience for us, and it was exactly what we both needed. It was one of the highlights of our vacation! Nuri was the kind of person you could go to with absolutely any question. No matter what we asked, he always answered with genuine care, patience, and a real desire to help. You could truly feel that he loved what he was doing and wanted every guest to have the best experience possible. Also — he was literally everywhere! I have no idea how many steps he must have made every day, but one moment he would be in the farthest corner of the second floor, and you’d just blink — and suddenly he was right next to you! 🤭 Another thing we loved was the location. The beach was only a few steps away, which made everything so easy and relaxing. We could go from the hotel to the sea in just a minute and enjoy the beautiful water whenever we wanted. The whole atmosphere at TAÇ Premiere was wonderful. The staff made us feel more like guests they genuinely cared about than just customers. We left with so many beautiful memories and would happily come back again. Thank you to the entire TAÇ Premiere team for making our stay so special — and an extra thank you to Nuri for making us feel comfy from the very first day. ❤️

I have stayed at this hotel 5–6 times before, but unfortunately this time was a complete nightmare. From the first day, the reception staff were not welcoming or friendly, which gave a very bad first impression. During my whole one-week stay, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on chatting and flirting than providing professional customer service. The service overall was poor, the food quality was disappointing, and the hotel was not very clean. I expected a much better experience, especially because I had stayed here several times before, but this visit was very disappointing. I would not choose this hotel again.
