We stayed here for a week, and this hotel has completely exceeded iur expectations!
The pools are amazing, clean, and with a great waterpark. The hotel's beach line is quiet and clean, with many places to sit and relax.
The food was amazing, every day there were different options, and all cooked at a very high level.
The staff were extremely nice and always willing to help.
The hotel is a 5 minute cab ride from the town's center, and everything is easily accessible.
We stayed for a week from June 12th and had a wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the excellent service and delicious food to the beautiful, well-maintained facilities. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to Brandon at the Sip & Dip pool bar, who was always welcoming, made fantastic drinks, and helped create a great atmosphere. The front desk team was equally professional and accommodating.
The à la carte restaurants were excellent, but the main restaurant was just as impressive, offering a great variety of high-quality food every day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to Zeus Mirabello Bay.
We had such an amazing stay! Everything was even better than we expected. the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent and everything was spotless, The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and you can really tell that the staff care about their guests.A very special thank you to Olga, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Shewas incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even more special.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
Thank you for everything!!
Excellent hotel and a wonderful stay overall.
There were six of us travelling, and we had three rooms between us. Each room was slightly different—one with a pool, one with a jacuzzi, and one with a balcony—but all were excellent. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, great showers, large bathrooms, and lovely outdoor space. Everything throughout the hotel was spotlessly clean.
The staff were outstanding and really made our stay special. In particular, Anna and Mr. Nikos from the Food & Beverage team were exceptional. Both were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helped make our experience even better.
The food was also excellent. The buffet offered plenty of choice with something for everyone, and the pre-booked restaurants were superb.
We spent most days at the furthest beach, where there were always free sunbeds available throughout the day. It was a lovely beach and a great place to relax, although it was quite a walk from the bar.
The only downside was the sunbed situation around the main pool areas and closer beaches, where all beds had already been reserved by 8am each morning. Because of this, we only managed to visit the adult pool once—and all six of us ended up sharing one sunbed! Reserved sunbeds are an issue in every hotel !
Despite that, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The quality of the facilities, food, and especially the service made it a memorable holiday.
Overall, our stay at the resort was very good. The rooms were comfortable, and most of the staff were really kind and professional, especially the animation team, the pool staff, and the restaurant staff who made the experience enjoyable.
The only disappointing part was the reception. I was particularly disappointed with Angela, as I found her not very welcoming, quite cold, and not very helpful when assistance was needed. I honestly don’t think her attitude is suitable for a front desk position, as reception is the first impression guests have of the hotel.
Apart from that, the hotel itself is very nice and perfect if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Just keep in mind that there is not much to do around the resort, so it is mainly a place to rest and enjoy the facilities.
I would also highly recommend the hotel spa. The massage session was excellent, and Michaela and Sonela were absolutely amazing very professional and skilled. Definitely don’t hesitate to book a treatment there.
