Very nice hotel overall. It's well located, the staff are friendly for the most part and the food is good.
The biggest downside is the cleanliness... Our room was never cleaned properly during our stay. There was urine on the toilet seat when we arrived, and it remained there for days even after i had informed the staff about it.
There was also dirt on the floor that was never vacuumed throughout our entire stay.
The outdoor areas also lacked cleanliness. At the bar and around the swimming pool, tables were often left dirty, with used glasses and dishes sitting there for long periods. When we asked a server if our table could be cleaned, she told us her colleague would do it. After waiting 20 minutes, we asked if we could at least have some cleaning product and paper so we could do it ourselves—and instead of cleaning the table, she actually handed us the cleaning product.
I don't know whether the housekeeping team is understaffed, but rooms were sometimes not cleaned until 5 or even 6 p.m. After spending the whole day out, it's very unpleasant to return to an uncleaned room at that time. This is simply not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Overall, the hotel has many positives, but the housekeeping and cleanliness fall well below the standard expected for a hotel of this category :(
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful time. The room was massive and our balcony overlooked the sea.
The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were well stocked and tasty.
We chose the all inclusive option for 40€ per day and it was well worth it to have drinks by the pool plus the buffet.
The service from the front desk to the pool/lobby was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Pro: Nice rooms, pools and building in general. Beach is a bit far, but quite nice too. Paid parking but enough place, nice! People at the reception desk are very friendly. Food quality is good and very tasty, the offer is not huge but sufficient.
Cons: waiters and barmen are not friendly at all (except Isabella). In general, it seems that the hotel is understaffed and workers are not diligent enough: In restaurant, unless you are there right after the opening, we had to arrange, clean and prepare our own tables! No one around in the restaurant most of the time. We had to wait more than 10 min to order beverages, and they were arriving when we were almost finished with food. Also they were often running out of ice, some sodas, etc. in the bars without explanation or solution for the all-inclusive guests. Empty glasses and bottles were not picked up for hours.
If I were Eurostars owner, I would consider seriously a deep audit of the local management because it seems to me like they are not properly running this hotel.
Very nice hotel near Budva. The rooms are big and very clean.
Very calm atmosphere, there are many places to sit and rest all around.
Service is nice, they helped us with everything we needed.
Breakfast is pretty fresh and good (except for the coffee).
There are 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool.
On site parking.
Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the common areas, both indoors and outdoors, were beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the seaside, with great restaurants, beaches, a bakery, and a convenience store nearby. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. We were travelling with family members who don't speak foreign languages, yet everyone went out of their way to make them feel welcome and comfortable.
A special thank you to Luka, who personally helped us after we accidentally left our house keys in the safe. The team handled everything perfectly and sent them back to us by post. We received them within a week of returning home.
Highly recommended! If you're visiting Montenegro, this place offers excellent value for money and we had absolutely nothing to complain about.
