För strandälskande familjer
Hotellet är ett utmärkt val för familjer som vill tillbringa sina dagar vid stranden och njuta av många aktiviteter på plats. Familjerum, en pool, tennisbanor och kvällsunderhållning gör planeringen enkel.
was disappointed with my stay. Although the hotel itself was clean and the staff were generally polite, it did not meet the standard I expect from a five-star hotel.
The biggest disappointment was the food. It was almost the same every day, with very little variety. Turkey is famous around the world for its amazing cuisine, including dishes such as shish kebab, kofta kebab, and many other traditional specialties. I was surprised that none of these were offered during my stay. The dining experience was well below what I expected from a five-star resort.
Another issue was the language barrier. Apart from the reception staff, very few employees could speak English, which made it difficult to communicate when we needed assistance.
There was a Nurse on the ground floor with blue uniform which was very impolite and rude couldn’t speak Any English word about medical questions that we asked all they know is Money and money.
Overall, I feel this hotel is closer to a four-star standard than a true five-star experience. As a visitor from Manchester, I expected much better based on the hotel’s rating. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations,
Amazing hotel situated in the port of Kemer, the staff are extremely nice and I recommend it! It's kid-friendly as well.
It had been recently renovated and the rooms look modern now.
The food is good, but I'd definitely like to see a bit more variety.
The beach is decent, but unfortunately very crowded.
The entertainment team at Özkaymak are absolutely phenomenal! They bring so much energy, fun, and enthusiasm every single day. The activities around the Aqua Pool are brilliant, and the evening shows are fantastic and really entertaining for the whole family.
The team work incredibly hard to make sure everyone is having a great time, always with smiles on their faces and a welcoming attitude. They really make the holiday special and create such a fun atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Absolutely amazing experience at Özkaymak Marina Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location near the marina is perfect. The food, pools, and overall atmosphere made the whole stay unforgettable. You can really tell the hotel cares about its guests and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel special. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences Ive had in Antalya. Highly recommended
Edit: The toilets are heavenly. Like you have so much privacy when using them. As a pee-shy person, this is a very positive thing for me
We stayed at Ozkaymak Marina Hotel at the end of May and overall had a pleasant experience.
The hotel’s location is excellent, and we were very satisfied with the staff. The reception team was especially helpful and professional. When we requested a room change, our request was handled quickly and without any issues, which we greatly appreciated.
The food was generally good, but we would suggest more variety. On many days, the menu felt quite repetitive, with similar stewed dishes and grilled meats being served repeatedly. It would be nice to have a wider selection and occasionally some simpler meal options.
However, we would like to raise a concern regarding the Animation Manager.
Throughout our stay, we felt that he often behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. During announcements and shows, he frequently stood with his hand in his pocket, which gave a careless and inappropriate impression for someone representing the entertainment team.
Another issue was communication. Most activities and announcements seemed heavily focused on Russian-speaking guests. As English-speaking guests, we often felt ignored, and much of the communication was conducted primarily in Russian, making it difficult for us to feel included.
We would also like to mention that the entertainment schedule was rarely on time. If guests were told that the Mini Club would start at 9:00 PM and the Evening Show at 9:30 PM, the actual show often did not begin until around 10:00 PM or even later because of very long introductions in multiple languages. This was frustrating for guests who arrived on time expecting the program to start as announced.
Finally, one day before our departure, the Animation Manager promised us a Turkish hammam and massage experience. He told us that he would provide a voucher or some form of confirmation. However, he disappeared for the rest of the day, ignored our attempts to contact him, and never fulfilled what he had promised. This left us disappointed and gave the impression that commitments made to guests were not taken seriously.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall thanks to the hotel’s great location and the kindness of most staff members, especially the reception and restaurant/bar team. We hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests
