Astoria Hotel All Inclusive- Private Beach & Beach Club

**6/10 — A FLY IN THE CAKE. And that’s not even the biggest disappointment.** Yes, literally — we found a fly in a piece of cake at the Italian restaurant. The staff apologized, and we have no personal complaints about the waitress, but for a hotel proudly advertised as **“BEST 4 STAR HOTEL IN BULGARIA FOR 2025”**, it certainly leaves an impression. The hotel itself is clean, renovated and well maintained. Our room was spacious, housekeeping was excellent, the AC worked perfectly and the soundproofing was very good. However, comfort was disappointing. The pillows were extremely hard, the two-part mattress kept sliding apart, creating a nightly gap in the middle of the bed. We also had two single duvets instead of one double — and one of them actually ended up being used as a pillow. Food was the biggest disappointment. The main restaurant had a limited and repetitive selection with queues. The Italian restaurant was almost the same food: disappointing carbonara, Caesar salad with Chinese cabbage instead of romaine, and over-fried chicken. The Asian restaurant was somewhat better, although the sushi could be improved. The beach is genuinely good, with free sun loungers usually available in the morning. The beach bar staff were fast and polite. Overall, the hotel is decent, but **very overhyped**. After reading so many positive reviews and seeing the “BEST 4 STAR HOTEL” title, our expectations were much higher than the reality. **Overall: 6/10. Good beach and cleanliness, but definitely not what we expected from the “BEST 4★ HOTEL IN BULGARIA”.**

Şahsen, bu şimdiye kadar kaldığım en iyi oteldi. Buradaki yemekler, Türkiye’deki diğer otellere kıyasla en iyisiydi. Spor salonu da oldukça güzel. Özellikle animasyon ekibini çok beğendim, çünkü burada gördüğüm herkese karşı çok samimiydiler. Her gün sergiledikleri gösterileri çok beğendim ve her seferinde çok iyi hazırlanmışlardı. Bu oteli tavsiye ederim.

Kendi restoranı ve barı olan özel bir plajı var. Personel nazik ve yardımseverdi. Ana restoran, en küçük ayrıntısına kadar tek kelimeyle harikaydı. Gece geç saatlerde gelenler için hoş geldiniz yemek alanı da mevcut. Check-out sonrası, istediğiniz kadar kullanabileceğiniz ücretsiz bagaj odası – ne harika bir fikir! Check-out yaptıktan sonra da her şey dahil bilekliğinizi saklayabiliyorsunuz, böylece eve dönmeden önce yemek yiyip içebilirsiniz. Yeni kahve makineleri ve temizlik hizmetindeki iyileştirmeler için tebrikler. Menüdeki kafeinsiz kahve tam bir kurtarıcı! Oda: Geniş, temiz ve güzel dekore edilmiş. Ancak su ısıtıcısı, kahve veya çay gibi temel olanaklar eksikti. Bazen akşamları banyodan kötü bir koku geliyordu. Gerçi bu koku bizim banyomuzdan gelmiyordu. İtalyan Restoranı: 9/10 – Lezzetli yemekler ve hoş bir atmosfer. Somon balığı kalitesi harika. Asya Restoranı: 10/10 – Lezzetli ve sunumu güzel yemekler. Mükemmel deniz ürünleri ve tom yum çorbası! Ana Büfe Restoranı: 11/10 – Harika çeşitlilik ve kalite. Balık, sığır eti ve kuzu eti çok iyi pişirilmiş! Yemekler 5 yıldızlı bir oteldeki gibi! Şefe özel bir teşekkür!! Her yerde en iyi hizmeti sunmaya çalışan nazik barmenler (teşekkürler Maksim ve Dmitry!) Şimdi sıra "ama"larda: 1) Lütfen plajda sigara içilmeyen bir alan oluşturun ve balkonlarda sigara içilmesini yasaklayın! Tüm konaklamamız boyunca balkonda 15 dakikadan az kalabildik! Odamızda hava yetersizliği nedeniyle nefes alamıyorduk. Plajda ise sürekli dumanla başa çıkabilmek için diğer insanlarla bir araya gelip kendi sigara içilmeyen alanımızı oluşturmak zorunda kaldık. Her yer sigara içenlerle dolu! Sanki bir veba gibi! Buraya dinlenmeye ve temiz hava solumaya geldim, başkalarının nikotin kokulu nefeslerini solumaya değil. İğrenç ve sağlıksız! 2) Lütfen özel plajınızı temizleyin. Çok fazla sigara izmariti ve cam vardı. 3) Yeni her şey dahil bileklikleriniz o kadar çabuk bozuluyor ki 2 günden fazla dayanamadı. Birkaç kez yenilerini almak zorunda kaldım. Genel olarak, otelin politikası, konukların keyif alması için her şeyi sunmak. Çok beğendim. Konumu harika. Astoria'yı şiddetle tavsiye ederim!

Hotel Astoria’da harika bir deneyim yaşadım. Tesisler birinci sınıf, odalar çok konforlu ve personel profesyonel ve özenli. Genel atmosfer ve hizmet kalitesi, konaklamamın mükemmel geçmesini sağladı. Ayrıca yönetimin misafir memnuniyetine olan duyarlılığını ve bağlılığını da takdir ettim. Güvenilir ve iyi yönetilen bir otel; bu bölgeyi ziyaret edecek herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

First of all, I would like to express great respect for the people who manage this place, because it's certainly not an easy task. After reading both the positive and negative reviews, I can say that this hotel definitely evokes mixed emotions. The positives are the varied food, the three nice restaurants, and that's about it. However, after staying here for 10 days, you realize that the food becomes quite repetitive. Breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner are practically the same every day, with the only real difference being the desserts and pastries. The soft drinks are branded as Coca-Cola, but are they really? The juices from the dispensers taste completely different from the bottled Cappy juices. As for the cocktails, all the flavored syrups are non-alcoholic. Why? The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are no problems when you need assistance. The hotel itself feels enormous. Fortunately, most guests spend their time at the beach, so the swimming pools are not too crowded. There is something for everyone: a 0.5 m children's pool, a swimming pool for laps, and a 1.4 m recreational pool. For families with children, I strongly recommend bringing water shoes because the beach is partly covered with pebbles and many shells. There is also a strip of shells when entering the sea. The rooms are clean, although even when we left the "Please clean the room" sign on the door, the housekeeping was barely noticeable. The beds were made and the bathroom mirror was wiped, but the sand brought back from the beach remained in the shower because there was no practical way to rinse it away. During our 10-day stay, the shower gel was hardly ever refilled, and it seemed that nobody was checking these supplies. Overall, despite the few issues mentioned above, I think this hotel is a good choice for a family holiday with children. The good weather certainly had a big influence on our overall experience. Although the hotel offers entertainment activities, in my opinion they are only average. Most of them take place in the morning and afternoon, with a short children's disco at 8:00 p.m. There is no option to leave your children in the Kids Club for more than two hours. Also, despite the posted opening hours, they are not respected. Sometimes the staff member arrives late, and other times the Kids Club closes earlier than scheduled.
