Had a pleasant 4 days. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, actually working AC, great view. Different lunch and dinner options every day for the most part, not much there to get bored of. Food was delicious and being refilled constantly. Two different pools, fun events for kids. Beach is a 5-minute walk, plenty of bars all around. Staff were really kind and flexible about our checkout as well.
We came to Alba Hotel with my wife and our son, Looking for family memories, sunshine and fun. From the very first day, we knew it was the right place to stay, With comfort, smiles and happiness every day. The staff was amazing, helpful and kind, A better service would be difficult to find. The entertainers brought laughter and cheer, Creating beautiful memories throughout our stay here. A special thank you goes to Tomy, the fantastic animator, The best one I have ever met in my life, without a doubt or a later. His energy, smile and passion were truly amazing, Every day with him was exciting and engaging. He made both children and adults smile wide, A real star of the hotel, full of positive vibes. The location is perfect in Sunny Beach town, Close to the beach and all the fun around. A great swimming pool, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful days, Made our holiday special in so many ways. Our stay at Hotel Alba in Sunny Beach was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the beach, shops, and various entertainment options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained with regular housekeeping. The food was decent and offered a good variety, so there was always something to choose from. The pool area and hotel grounds were tidy and well looked after. The staff were polite and attentive. Overall, it was a comfortable and trouble-free holiday experience.
Excellent All-Inclusive Experience — Highly Recommended! 🍽️ Food & Drinks * Food: Excellent variety with great options for meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, babies, and toddlers. * Drinks: Very good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails. Excellent for an All-Inclusive hotel at this price point. 🧳 Rooms & Comfort * Comfortable, standard 4-star rooms with housekeeping twice daily. * Balconies have drying racks, and the air conditioning worked well. * No issues with bugs inside when balcony doors were kept closed. * Bathrooms: Quite small, and the shower curtains are not very practical, sometimes allowing water onto the floor. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and conditioner are provided. * Tips: Bring mosquito spray or gel for evenings. The hotel is in the heart of Sunny Beach’s nightlife area, so it can be loud at night. Earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones are recommended for light sleepers. 🏊♂️ Pool & Facilities The pool area was clean and well maintained, with no excessive chemical smell. Facilities include a children’s area, toddler pool, ping-pong, pool bars, and a free at-pool buffet. A very convenient setup for families. 🌟 Kids Club & Animation — Special Mention to the BVS Team! This was easily the highlight of our trip. The BVS Animation Team were phenomenal: young, energetic, friendly, hardworking, and genuinely committed to making guests happy. * Attentive & Caring: Although the Kids Club is compact, the team made it special. They gave our children freedom to play while staying nearby to guide, support, and help whenever needed. They were exceptionally kind and welcoming toward our family. * Always Available: The team were consistently present and approachable, regularly inviting guests to participate in activities rather than simply waiting for people to join. * Activities: They actively organized and encouraged guests to join safe rubber-tipped archery, water polo, darts, family games, and other activities. * Rewards: Individual winners received certificates of appreciation, while team-game winners received drinks. These details made participation even more enjoyable. * Genuine Connection: They were always smiling, welcoming, lively, supportive, and genuinely interested in making children happy. Our children became incredibly attached to the team. When it was time to leave, they were so emotionally connected to the BVS members that they cried for hours after leaving the hotel. We have travelled through many cities and countries and met people from many different backgrounds. The BVS team are honestly among the most polite, respectful, warm, and genuinely kind people we have ever encountered during our travels. A massive thank you to Krisi, Neya, Tedi, Yasin, and Tommy. Restaurant staff were friendly and responsive, while cleaning staff reacted quickly whenever attention was needed. 📍 Location & Value • Location: Directly on the beach and in the center of Sunny Beach, surrounded by shops, restaurants, nightlife, hotels, and an amusement park. Excellent for anyone wanting a lively atmosphere with almost everything within walking distance. • Value: Excellent price-to-quality ratio. The All-Inclusive package is highly recommended, especially for families. Great food, clean facilities, an excellent location, good value, family-friendly amenities, and above all, an extraordinary animation team made this a very memorable stay. We left the hotel yesterday, and we are absolutely delighted with the service and the entire experience. The children had an amazing time with so many activities and things to enjoy. Everything was wonderful, and it was truly worth every penny! We would definitely come back. ❤️
