I see a possible chance of grow. People do the best and are very friendly. Sometimes i mis a supervisor or two to keep everything good and look for the guest and staff. But i see very positive vibe at the hotel. I miss more animation for adult. I think if you put more budget in bri g more guest in.
Most of the staff here are nice, but I had a concerning experience on August 23rd. While I was having breakfast, a uniformed staff member (male, in his 50s, larger build, possibly named Maxim) approached my son and me, and offered to arrange a taxi to Camel Park. He took me outside and used his personal phone to call a driver, quoting me 25 euro(60% higher than normal). I feel weird and didn’t agree. After getting back and asked other hotel staff inside, they confirmed the normal price is around 15. It felt like an employee trying to run a private side-hustle with a massive mark-up. It damaged my trust, even though the rest of the team are good
We had a lovely time. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Staff are very helpful. All inclusive was good different meals every night if burger and chips is more your thing then you can have that as a snack during in the afternoon.
It was a very nice experience for me and my child. The rooms are very clean the staff are very polite and helpful, food is good as well dor the money I paid I would say îs worth it. The bedsheet always changed and clean. I really liked my stay enjoyed and I will definitely come back.
Izola Paradise is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it is closer to a 2-star at best. “Paradise” is the last word I would use to describe this place — it felt more like a hostel from hell. The standards throughout the hotel are shockingly poor. The bathrooms are old, damaged, and badly maintained, with chipped tiles, brown mouldy seals, and an overall dirty appearance. Shampoo and body wash were also never properly replaced during the stay, which is basic housekeeping that should be expected at any hotel, never mind a supposed 4-star resort. Rooms are clearly not cleaned properly and the entire place feels tired and neglected. The food was honestly some of the worst I have experienced at any hotel. Almost everything was cold, dry, bland, and barely edible. After two weeks all inclusive, I actually lost weight — which says everything. Most people would expect to put weight on during an all-inclusive holiday, not avoid meals because the food is genuinely horrific. To make matters worse, the chef could regularly be seen outside smoking in full uniform around the hotel. At the very least, staff handling food should have the professionalism to remove their uniform before smoking publicly around guests. On top of that, some dining staff gave off very unwelcoming attitudes and looked annoyed that guests were even there. The bar staff walking around in North Face tracksuits instead of proper uniform summed up the lack of professionalism perfectly. Nothing about this hotel feels organised or well managed. The music in the café/bar area was also ridiculously loud to the point where people had to practically shout at each other just to have a conversation. Instead of creating a relaxing atmosphere, it became irritating and uncomfortable. The gym facilities are another example of how poorly maintained this hotel is. Only one treadmill worked, spin bikes were broken, and even the free weights were missing proper clips for the sides, making them unsafe and frustrating to use. The sauna was also broken. The worst part was the complete loss of running water. Guests were unable to shower, wash hands properly, brush teeth comfortably, or use facilities normally. Even soft drinks became unavailable because of the water issue, and staff could not give any indication of when things would return to normal. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, this is completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously needs investment, proper management, hygiene improvements, and a reality check regarding its star rating. I genuinely do not understand how this place has the rating it does. I would absolutely never stay here again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before booking.
