We had an amazing stay at the resort! Everything was spotless, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The pools, beach access, and overall atmosphere made our vacation truly relaxing. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Pablo, Adel, and Jun for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always made us feel welcome. Their excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable. The Greek restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious, with generous portions and a beautiful atmosphere. Every meal was a great experience, and the service was exceptional. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. We can’t wait to come back!
So we’ve just returned from our 7-nights trip at this hotel and our experience was nothing we expected. First of all, the room: when we checked-in ( 2 adults and 1 one year old toddler), we received a room with old, yellowed, dirty bedding, the room was dirty and on the ceiling and wall was leaking water, and smelling like mold. After we asked the front desk to change the room, we received a slightly improved room, but the air filter in the bathroom was filled with dirt and mold and we found that the toilet lid was broken and nobody changed it during our stay. Regarding the bedding, robes or towels we found stains on many of them (I hope it wasn’t blood)even though they were changed daily. All the furniture was old, chipped, deteriorated and dirty (we couldn’t put our belongings or clothes in the drawers). Secondly, regarding the “all inclusive” service, it is not that inclusive. You have a limited range of local beverages included and for the rest you have to pay extra (frappe/fresh juice/any type of coffee except from espresso or long coffee/peanuts any other international drinks). Also, for babies we had a limited selection of baby food (all of which was a local brand of processed food). The worst part was that I payed half of the price in advance by card and half in cash when we arrived. When we checked-out, the staff at front desk insisted that we’ve payed only half. Our luck was that I kept the receipt as proof of payment…. Overall the experience was disappointing. The only good part was that everyone in the staff was nice and polite to us. Also, the pool and golf fields are well maintained, but overall we do not wish to return.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Bar Experience at the Lighthouse Hotel! If you’re staying at the Lighthouse Hotel, do yourself a favor and spend your evenings at the bar! Pablo and his wonderful colleague are absolute stars. From the very first moment, they welcomed us with genuine smiles, endless positive energy, and a sense of humor that made every night unforgettable. It wasn’t just about great cocktails (which were fantastic!); it was about the atmosphere they created. They have the rare gift of making every guest feel like a good friend rather than just another customer. Their laughter, kindness, and professionalism turned every visit into the highlight of our day. Exceptional service, delicious drinks, great conversations, and countless smiles – what more could anyone ask for? Pablo and his colleague are a huge credit to the Lighthouse Hotel and deserve every bit of recognition. Thank you both for making our holiday so special. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. We can’t wait to come back! 10 out of 10 – Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful vacation here! The room was wonderful,large and with a great View,the pool was Nice,the food and drinks in the premium all inclusive were very good,so quiet at night. Their beach is wonderful,You can get there in 10 min by car or with the free hotel shuttle. We will recommend and are looking forward to coming back here.
Extremely disappointing experience at Lighthouse Hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected, especially considering that we had booked well in advance and clearly communicated our requirements. The biggest issue was that the room we were given was not the room we had booked, which caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. What made the situation even worse was the communication from the management. We had been told beforehand that the room would be ready by 2:00 PM, yet this assurance was not respected. When a manager personally gives you a specific commitment, you expect it to mean something. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a reasonable solution, the hotel’s response was essentially to deny that there had been any mistake. That was particularly frustrating because we had provided all the details and correspondence clearly explaining the situation. For a special occasion, this was extremely disappointing. We expected professional service, accurate communication, and basic accountability. Unfortunately, we did not receive any of these. I would not recommend Lighthouse Hotel based on our experience.
