Overall, we had a very good stay at Martı Myra. The room was large and comfortable, and the hotel is beautifully designed, green, and relaxing. The beach, beach club, swimming pools, and water slides were all excellent.
The food was one of the highlights. The quality was much better than at most Turkish all-inclusive hotels I have visited, and even the dinners were genuinely tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in, guest relations, and sports activities were well organised.
The evening entertainment was disappointing. The decorations were impressive, but the performances felt random and did not match the advertised themes. During our stay, many of the Russian guests were middle-aged women who behaved arrogantly to the hotel staff. I expected a lively, social resort, party atmosphere.
The biggest problem was the shortage of towels. On several days, our used towels were removed without replacements, and we sometimes had to wait until midnight for clean ones. This should not happen at an ultra all-inclusive hotel 5 star hotel.
I give the hotel 5 star, because if I compare it to my next hotels in Kemer, this was actually really good.
I stayed at Martı Myra Hotel with my mom and sister, and overall, we had a nice stay. The hotel has a beautiful location right by the sea, surrounded by a lovely natural setting. There are also several pools and even water slides, which make it a fun place for families and anyone who enjoys spending time by the pool.
The hotel offers buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with additional food options available during the day if you get hungry between meals. The entertainment was another highlight. Every evening, there was something to enjoy, whether it was live music or a show.
One of the things I really appreciated was the staff. The employees were very professional, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. They were always willing to help and contributed positively to our overall experience.
That said, I think the hotel has great potential, but a few improvements would make the experience even better.
The rooms are cleaned every day, which I appreciated, but the cleaning could be more detailed. Since the rooms have carpet, I would expect the carpets to be vacuumed regularly. Sometimes it felt like the cleaning was mainly taking out the trash and quickly wiping the floors.
The buffet and food presentation could also use some improvements. As a Turkish guest, I would especially appreciate having fresh, warm bread, simit, and poğaça available. These items were offered, but they sometimes seemed to have been prepared earlier rather than being fresh and warm. The way some of the food is presented and served could also be improved. I would particularly recommend upgrading the dessert selection and offering more variety—it would be nice if the dessert options changed on different days rather than being mostly the same. I also noticed that some of the soups were served cold, so keeping them at the proper serving temperature would make a significant difference. For breakfast, having proper Turkish tea glasses/cups would also be a nice touch and would make the Turkish breakfast experience feel more authentic.
One other issue was the reservation of sunbeds by the sea. There were many guests during our stay, which is absolutely fine, but some guests would place towels on the sunbeds early and then leave for a long time. As a result, it could be difficult to find an available spot by the sea. I think the hotel could introduce or enforce a clear sunbed policy for everyone.
Overall, Martı Myra has a fantastic location, beautiful surroundings, plenty of pools and activities, professional and attentive staff, and good evening entertainment. With some improvements to housekeeping, the buffet, dessert variety, food temperature, breakfast service, and sunbed policy, I think the hotel could provide an even better experience.
We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel and would be very happy to return again. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, with well-maintained grounds and a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious and varied, with a great selection throughout the day.
We especially enjoyed the pools, the beach, and the beautiful green surroundings. Despite the size of the resort, there are plenty of peaceful areas to relax, as well as many activities for those looking for a more lively and entertaining holiday.
A special mention goes to Veronika from the animation team. She was absolutely wonderful — friendly, positive, energetic, and always smiling. She made the activities enjoyable and created such a warm and fun atmosphere for the guests. Veronika is definitely a great asset to the animation team and deserves special recognition!
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and left with very positive impressions. The hotel offers a wonderful combination of nature, sea, good food, entertainment, and friendly service. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return!
My parents went to the hotel for full two weeks of vacation, we booked through a very good agency from Serbia, after even two days of staying in the hotel, they called me to notify me about the situation in the Hotel and the service they have. First of all, the staff is very un polite, especially people working at a reception area, which are not looking to assist and help the elder in anything. When we were making the booking, we notify the Hotel that we want the room to be close to the Reception since one of the parents had a hip surgery recently. When they arrived, they were given the room far away from the main part of the hotel and the reception, with an explanation from the staff that only that room is ready. Cleaning of the room is very bad and very low level, towels are not changed every day so you need to notify the Reception and beg to get to clean towels. Water in the mini bar is not filled and added on every day so you must call again the Reception to beg for it. My father had a problem with the mosquitoes in the room and with the spiders so he had a lot of bites on him. The food is so and so, for the prices that this Hotel charges it must be much much better (Today they had a fish for the dinner and few hours after it, my father has stomach problems). Sun beds on the beach and on the mall are very dirty and most of them are broken. It happens that a lot of stuff in the room that you leave can be stolen, in the mini bar, my father left a bottle of his drink, and when he came back from the beach, the bottle was half empty, while his friends who are in the other room, had a situation where some of their T-shirts and clothes were stolen.
If it happens to you that your cards for the room are not working. You need to go by foot to the whole complex to the Reception area and there you will be facing very impolite stuff that will do all not to assist you and even laugh at you if you don’t understand them what they’re saying. After this vacation, my parents would never come back to this hotel, over the last 15 years, they have been traveling only to Turkey and staying in top hotels. For the amount of money that was given to the hotel for the service and the vacation it’s not worth it, we would never recommend to somebody to stay and visit this hotel. Beach an the sea are very beautiful, concept of the hotel is good, but the stuff And the management of the Hotel is not doing the business good. First of all, they need to take care of their guests in the right manner, and after that to fix all of the things to make a vacation for somebody very pleasant.
We had the chance to stay at Marti Myra during our summer vacation in Antalya. The hotel is very convenient for children aged 2–5 years old, and it is surrounded by many pine trees, which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. During our stay, we had a concern with our room.
We addressed the issue to Jale, the client guest relationship manager, who took ownership of the matter, found a solution, and ensured everything was resolved to our satisfaction. I would like to praise Jale for her professionalism and proactive approach in addressing the concern we had with our room.
Thank you, Jale, for your follow-up, dedication, and for helping make our stay truly unforgettable.
