The resort grounds have a lot of inclines and steps, so it is more suitable for people without mobility issues. The beach is beautiful, and sun loungers and umbrellas are free of charge, but it is quite a long walk to get there, and there are also some steps to climb. Free drinks are available at the beach from 10:30, so if you go earlier, you need to take some water with you. The pools open and close according to the bar opening hours. If you want to swim at 9 a.m. or around 7–8 p.m., this is not possible because the pools are fenced off. The sun loungers around the pools are comfortable, but there are a lot of wasps, making it almost impossible to relax peacefully. The food is good, but almost the same every day. The quality of the alcohol is average, and some cocktails taste more like soft drinks. The rooms are spacious, but the biggest problem was the bed. The mattress was too small, and getting out of bed was uncomfortable because the bed frame got in the way. The staff are polite and helpful. Overall, the hotel definitely does not meet the standards of a 5-star resort. The price does not match the quality.
Amazing experience at this hotel. We particularly enjoyed the Quiet Pool Bar team who went over the top with smiles and good vibes. They made our stay really special. Even if there were wasps eating them up, they were so friendly and welcoming ! I really appreciate the checkin with Olga and Anastasia. Also Sophia was super helpful. The resort and hotel is beautiful! Service throughout the hotel is excellent. The Italian restaurant food is amazing. I had a massage with the therapist Demetrius which was so relaxing. Also Anastasia and Olivia made our experience even better, with helping us out with bookings for the restaurant and just overall excellent customer service. They both made our holiday special! The choice for buffet dinner and breakfast could have been a bit more varied.
This is mainly for the spa experience: we were approached by Sophia from the spa at the hotel lobby enquiring at spa services, she booked us in for a couples massage the following day. The welcome in the spa was warm and calming. My masseuse Joanna was polite and very welcoming. We opted for the 70 traditional massage, it was very relaxing. Her technique was lovely. Thank you
5 stars is the only true review for this amazing place!! The hotel - what a stunning hotel, it was so clean, the staff were very friendly (the couldn't do enough for you) and we couldn't ask for more!! The reception staff called a few times during our stay to check if we were ok and if we needed anything. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and not a spec of dirt was found in our room!! Food - We had food at the Zoe restaurant (breakfast and dinner - buffet) aswell as a meal at Olea (set menu) and everything we ate was truly amazing!! The food was very tasty and there was a wide variety to suit all tastes and the wait staff were super friendly and helpful. I have a few allergies and they were always happy to check if the food was safe for me to eat which was so helpful and kind!! Bar and pools - we mainly stayed at the Serenity Pool which has a large amount of sun loungers which were very comfortable, the life guard was very friendly and the bar staff were fantastic!! The bar staff were super friendly, they were always happy to help and up for a laugh which was great!! They are happy to make all drinks with or without alcohol and all drinks were included (I have read others saying they had to pay for certain drinks but we never found this to be true). The spa - Joanna was absolutely fantastic, she worked very hard to help me feel relaxed and helped my very tense neck. Over all experience - we couldn't have asked for more!! Staff, food, facilities, cleanliness, the views - all 5* Thank you to all the staff at Mythos Palace, you made us have the most amazing holiday and we will be back!!
