We were there for 2 weeks. Every day very good entertainment. The entertainment team is very nice. Especially Diego. Food is always good. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable. There is always something to do in or around the hotel. We will definitely come back again!!
I recently travelled to Sicily with my husband and baby for 10 days and Acacia Resort was the best place we could stayed in. STAFF went above and beyond. Super professional, friendly and had a lot nice gestures with us. From Luigi, Alberto and Massimo on the restaurant, to Denisse and Cedric with the events they were organising for the kids. They were super patient, friendly and make all the kiddies have a lot of fun! Even the babies 👶. Recommend to try the kids dance classes, you will have fun too! There are events too, live music, games, sports, quizzes etc. Do join as will make your stay more enjoyable. Facilities were exceptional 👌 even though you have no shops or restaurants closed by, you have everything at the hotel. Rooms spotless, food so delicious honestly!, cocktails good etc. We booked half board as we wanted to visit other towns so worked for us. I did quite a bit of research of other hotels and even the ones that are beside Acacia and I could tell you the facilities from Acacia were better and more beautiful. I would definitely come back to Acacia thanks to the excellent service they provide and quality of food.
I spent 10 nights with my family in Acacia Resort. And it was a great experience from start to end. The location was very refreshing being surrounded by mountains and sea and in the middle of the resort a really well designed pool within a wide green view. The rooms was big and clean and the cleaning lady was the nicest. All the staff were super friendly and always helpful. Since I'm a Tunisian national it was very nice to meet a lot of tunisians on staff starting from Omar who helped us carry our suitcases to the room and we have some nice discussions along the stay. Haroun a.k.a Aron was also a great companion during my stay there playing volleyball, kicker and darts together. He is a great sportsman and a friendly guy with a great mind! I met also Mohamed he was a friendly dude! I haven't spoke to all the staff but in general everybody was so nice and always greeting with a smile. The food of course was awesome. It's Sicily after all. The people in the restaurant were super welcoming and there was enough variety for everybody to have a full belly after each meal. One drawback here was that the dinner started at 19:30 which was a bit late for us since we had a baby with us. A half hour earlier could've been much better but still. I Highly recommend this place.
Hotel -Desaster Don’t believe the picture in internet, in reality is 100% worse!!! First of all the Hotel very old it screams about renovation!!!!!! Even key I had to change one’s in two days because they didn’t work!!!! Buy the way, check out is at 10.00 and check in at 16.00 what is also not ok. Separate story is food in hotel. So bad, tasteless food not everybody can cook, even Italian pasta in Acacia tastes bad. Every Italian cook better at home than professionals at the Acacia kitchen. I was ready for 10 types sweet pies at breakfast( it’s typical in Italy) but I was not ready in four stars hotel, for one type of cheapest supermarket cheese, salami and ham at the breakfast. Eight days long we eat only fried eggs because, scrambled was look like liquid something. Even bananas we had ones in eight days but a lot of another plastic fruits. We had to change dinner to lunch our half board because in the evening you had to stay in a queue till you loose appetite(((( and in closest restaurant you have to go by taxi what we did of courses. Even local people said that we shouldn’t eat fisch in hotel and be careful what we give our small child. The same bad story with a beach, with small kinds is no way!!!! There are only big stones and difficult to go in the water you have to swim a bit from beach to reach sand and shellow water what for small kinds difficult((.
The food is very delicious, all stuff is very friendly. Animators Diego, Cedrik and David, lifeguards Danilo & Alessio, Francesco are very super helpful and really gentle! So I recommend this resort for everyone! Perfect
