Great hotel. Stayed in bungalows in Signature level. Food amazing and staff were great. Alexandria in Portifino and Ileana and Davide at the signature pool were just a few members of great staff
What great and friendly service by an incredibly hard working staff across this all-inclusive resort that boasts newly refurbished rooms and some interesting a la carte food options. The resort is starting to look dated, however, with the pool at the Signature level requiring new moulding and the overall public spaces looking like they never left the 1980s. A special shout out has to go out to the Signature level breakfast staff for their fantastic personalized service and to Pierfrancesco or "PiF" at the "Shake it" pool bar, who went out of his way to cater to our wishes. Overall, I can't recommend this resort for adults without kids. This resort is geared to families and it scores high points for being family friendly and for offering an all inclusive resort service. If you're an adult without kids that is looking for something more modern at five star prices, this may not be the place for you.
Perfect family holiday in a most beautiful resort. Worth paying the extra signature level price for the additional perks of quiet breakfast and swimming pool and meals at the incredible A La Carte restaurants. Amazing service from reception to all restaurants/ pool staff. Tennis courts available all part of the price.They catered for all our dietary requirements. I’m only sorry it’s over.
The Signature Level (TSL) is a great choice if you prefer the Grand Palladium Resort & Spa. You will find reserved parking, an easy check in/out in a TSL designated reception. A reserved pool, table dining options with skip-the-line lanes. We stayed at one of the bungalovs, which was really close to the pool, Shake It TSL pool bar, El Dorado and Cheng Thai A'La Carte restaurants and X'Tra Time sports snack bar. The main buffet restaurant has plenty of food and wine options. Each night there is a specific kitchen from the world. For those without the TSL concept, there are two swimming pools. There are limited amount of sports activities such as football, beach volley, darts, ping pong, etc. We didn't notice water sports area. The beach is full of sunbeds and umbrellas. A designated area at the inner beach for the TSL is available. But the entrance to the sea is challenging due to the gravels. There are two low rise piers, which walk you towards a deeper level into the sea, which make it easier to access the warm waters. The spa pool seems very old and water jets are very limited, which really dissapointed me compared to my experience at Grand Palladium-Ibiza. Spa needs renovation. The room was very comfortable. The bath has a large shower and bidet, as well. However, there is only one small shelf, on which a small amount of your cosmetics can fit in. The location is good, but you should rent a car from the airport. There is nothing within walking distance. It is a very nice resort, with very nice staff. Mostly it is a quiet place, that we really enjoyed.

The Abbey of Thelema is a small house which was used as a temple and spiritual centre, founded by Aleister Crowley and Leah Hirsig in Cefalù (Sicily, Italy) in 1920. The villa still stands today, but in poor condition.
