Voor families aan zee

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, taking great care of us throughout our stay, yet always in a discreet, unobtrusive way, never hovering or making us feel bothered. We had an absolutely wonderful time at this five-star hotel and it truly was love at first sight. The half-board formula exceeded all our expectations, especially the à la carte dinner option across five different restaurants. Every single one was outstanding, the quality and variety were nothing like the typical half-board offerings you find at other hotels. It genuinely felt like dining at real, independent restaurants, both in terms of food quality and service, which was excellent and available on an unlimited basis. Breakfast, served buffet-style, was also very good.
The hotel’s facilities are equally impressive. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is stunning, with a DJ playing music poolside almost every day, plus the original touch of underwater speakers, you can hear music as soon as you dip your head under!
Our only minor complaint would be the rocky sea entry, though the water itself is clean and of great quality. The non-alcoholic drinks at the bar could also use a bit more variety and creativity, as they don’t quite match the standard of the alcoholic options.
A couple of small suggestions: a padel court would be a fantastic addition given how popular the sport is right now, and having some board games available would be a nice bonus too.
Overall, a fantastic hotel we’d happily return to!
We had an amazing stay at Paralos Kosta Alímia. The food was exceptional, the staff were genuinely friendly, and the new property feels modern and luxurious. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.
We’re a couple in our 30s who travel all over the world, and this hotel was truly special. I couldn’t give it anything less than five stars.
There were just a few minor issues. The pools were quite cold, although once you start swimming, the temperature feels fine. The shower temperature was sometimes unstable, changing from hot to cold for a few seconds, which was a little annoying. I also proposed to my girlfriend at the property and had mentioned it to the hotel several times beforehand. We were slightly disappointed that they didn’t acknowledge the occasion or arrange any small special gesture, as many other luxury hotels probably would.
Despite these minor points, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
Amazing all-inclusive stay at Paralos Kosta Alimia in Hersonissos, Crete!
We had such a great experience at this hotel. Everything was exactly what you want from an all-inclusive holiday. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day, including local Cretan dishes, fresh salads, desserts, and snacks throughout the day.
The rooms were clean, modern, and cleaned daily. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The pools were beautiful, there were always enough sunbeds, and the beach was just a short walk away. The entertainment during the day and evening was fun without being overwhelming.
Overall, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a stress-free vacation. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
What impressed us the most was the all inclusive experience. Usually, when you book an all inclusive resort, you expect there to be some limitations or extra charges. Here, “all inclusive” truly meant all inclusive, down to the smallest details. It was refreshing to experience a hotel that delivers exactly what it promises.
The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation unforgettable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high quality holiday.
We stayed at Paralos Kosta Alimia as two friends and absolutely loved the hotel.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the beach is super clean. Even though some people unfortunately ignore the no-reservation rule and still reserve sunbeds with their towels, we never really had a problem finding a spot at the beach.
One of the biggest highlights for us was definitely the food and the bar. We had all-inclusive and all the cocktails we tried were really good. There is a great selection included, from classic cocktails to different signature cocktails, so there was plenty to choose from.
We also really enjoyed the different restaurants at the hotel. We weren’t sure at first whether the à la carte dinner would be enough compared to a buffet, but you can simply order more if you want to. Everything we tried was delicious.
Our room was also beautiful, spacious and very comfortable.
The only thing that left us a little concerned were the cats around the hotel. The hotel says that they take care of them, but quite a few of the cats we saw looked very skinny. Obviously, we can’t judge what is actually being done behind the scenes, but we really hope they are receiving proper care.
Apart from that, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely give Paralos Kosta Alimia 5 out of 5 stars.
