⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An excellent 4-star hotel that truly deserves its top rating! Everything exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was perfect, with delicious food and a great variety of dishes. The bar offered excellent drinks and a pleasant atmosphere, while all the public facilities were clean, modern, and very well maintained.
A very special thank you to Toni at the Reception for going above and beyond to fulfill all my expectations. Toni’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would also like to thank Dobromir from the restaurant for the outstanding service, friendliness, and attention to detail. He made every meal a wonderful experience.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be happy to stay here again!
We had much higher expectations for this hotel, especially considering that it is a 4-star hotel with a relatively high rating. However, after staying there, we honestly could not understand where the high rating came from.
First of all, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very disappointing. Both the corridors and the rooms are extremely dark, with the corridors painted almost entirely black. Instead of feeling like a 4-star hotel in Sunny Beach, the atmosphere felt gloomy and, at times, more like a storage facility than a holiday hotel.
The rooms themselves are not comfortable or functional. There are no proper double beds anywhere in the hotel, which is quite surprising for a hotel of this standard. The bathroom was particularly inconvenient and, in our opinion, even potentially unsafe. The bathtub is positioned unusually high above the floor, making it much more difficult and increasing the risk of slipping when getting in or out. Its design also causes a lot of water to leak onto the bathroom floor.
Another major issue is the complete lack of soundproofing. We could hear almost everything happening in the neighboring rooms, and the balconies provide very little privacy, as they are extremely open to the surrounding rooms.
Regarding the staff, Alexandra at the reception was very kind and helpful, and we really appreciated her attitude. Unfortunately, most of our other interactions with the staff were far less pleasant and did not feel particularly service-oriented.
We were also very disappointed by the hotel's towel policy. We were not informed at check-in that a cash deposit was required in order to receive pool towels. We only found this out after arriving at the pool. We then had to go through a very unpleasant process just to find cash, as this was apparently the only way to provide the deposit, simply in order to receive two towels. This policy should have been clearly communicated at check-in, and the way it was handled felt very disrespectful and inconsiderate toward hotel guests.
The gym was another major disappointment. It is very outdated, poorly maintained, and the equipment is in poor condition. There is very little variety in terms of weights and equipment, only one treadmill, and around six stationary bikes. For a 4-star hotel, this is far below what we expected. The opening hours are also surprisingly late — the gym only opens at 8:00 AM, which is especially inconvenient for guests who want to work out before starting their day. There are also no towels available in the gym, which seems like a very basic necessity.
Overall, we were genuinely disappointed with our stay. We expected considerably more from a hotel with this rating and a 4-star classification. Based on our experience, it is difficult to understand how the hotel has such a high rating and how it meets the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel.
I chose to give this hotel five stars because of the totality of things it offers that affect the entire experience. Let's start with the fact that the hotel is child-free (I love children, but when children run around, make noise, and cry, for me it's not really a vacation anymore), which Chill Out promised. The hotel is well located, not far from the center but right next to the excellent beach. The hotel has two large pools with excellent music that plays all day long, and in the evening there were also DJ parties that were not ashamed of a good club. The place is well maintained and clean. The employees are kind and welcoming. The rooms are large and provide everything you need (I would upgrade the soap and shampoo a little). But the room has a kettle, refrigerator, water, clean towels every day, and cleaning services every day. The food was reasonable, and considering that the vacation was on an all-inclusive concept, you can definitely be satisfied with what they served here. Most of the day and in the evening the dining room provided fresh and abundant food. The bar was also generous and provided drinks from 8 am to 11 pm with great courtesy. I will give a good word to the cleaning staff (mostly not young women) who were present everywhere, cleaning, putting away dishes. In conclusion, I definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing vacation for couples or an active and fun pastime for friends.
Excellent stay, fantastic staff! Highly recommended!
We spent a wonderful week at the hotel with full board and were absolutely satisfied with everything.
The food was extremely delicious and varied, and the pool area was simply super: clean, well-organized, and a huge plus was that we never had to worry about finding a spot thanks to the plenty of sun loungers available. Our room was also beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean.
What I would especially like to highlight, though, is the amazing work of the staff. They worked incredibly hard to make sure guests felt comfortable: dirty dishes and glasses were cleared away almost instantly, so there was never any dirt or mess anywhere. Special praise goes to the team at the pool bar as well, the guys making the cocktails were incredibly skilled and fast, always serving us with a smile despite the rush.
We are very grateful for the hospitality, such a well-organized and helpful team is hard to find. We will definitely be back!
We stayed here for a week, bed and breakfast, and loved our stay. The amenities around the hotel are nice with two outdoor pools, a spa (highly recommended a massage!), a bar, a clean restaurant, pool tables, table tennis, TV’s and PlayStations.
The rooms were kept clean every day, with restocking of fresh towels, a bottle of water, tea and coffee. The views from the pool rooms are amazing and worth upgrading to over the standard rooms. Be aware that the walls and doors of the rooms are quite thin so you can hear people moving around, banging, opening doors and walking up and down corridors at night.
The two guys with the Animation Team were amazing and always full of energy, always happy to see you and always wanted to get you involved in activities and have some fun with a big smile on their face.
The bar is quite pricy if you’re not drinking beer or wine (€3 and €3.60 respectively, but cocktails were upwards of €12) so if you’re aiming to stay around the hotel more often then all inclusive might be worth it to you.
Finally, the staff around the hotel are extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and have good English so understand what you’re asking for.
Through no fault of their own, the hotel is about 3km away from central Sunny Beach and Taxis are quite expensive (€15-€20 each way) so if you’re wanting to be in the action then prepare to pay that or book a hotel closer.
Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing and fun holiday!
