returned from the Akasha Hotel today and I must admit that I am very, very pleased. Everything was as it should be: tasty, clean, and very nice. I eat at this hotel; it deserves 5*. The staff and managers pay attention to every detail and make sure the guests are happy. I've been to this hotel twice and I must admit that the first time was great, but this time it was perfect. I especially appreciate the bar manager, STEFANOS, and his team who served us by the main pool. The work and dedication they put into ensuring the guests are happy deserves special recognition. One of the waitresses, EVA, also deserves special recognition. Thank you to each and every one of you for your hospitality and treating me like a VIP. I will definitely be back. Greetings to all of you.
Wow wow wow what an amazing time spent at this hotel !! First i will took about the looks and set up STUNNING in one word. The only thing a can fault would be to have toilets closer to the roof top pool other then that its brilliant. 10/10

Maria who greeted us when we arrived made us feel so welcome. Above all efthimis and konstantina at the main pool bar have been amazing. Efthimis and my wife have become friends through their love of spurs and konstantina hit me with new cocktails winning each time just so lovely and wonderful people here. Another Amazing Stay at This Perfect Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Another stay at the beautiful Akasha Beach Hotel & Spa in Crete, and once again, it did not disappoint!
This hotel really is perfection! The food is absolutely amazing, with plenty of delicious choices. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and polite, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
The entire hotel is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained and in the perfect location. Everything about this place makes for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
A very special shout-out to Kostas from the Beach House, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. His kindness, friendliness and fantastic service really made a difference. He is a real credit to the hotel!
We absolutely love this hotel and cannot wait to return again. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate — you won’t be disappointed!
Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed my experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Leon, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. He made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Not only was he attentive and efficient, but I have to admit he was also quite attractive—which definitely gave me a reason to smile during my stay! 😄
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and outstanding service.
We arrived at the Akasha Beach Hotel in the early hours & was greeted by Stoyan in reception who was very friendly & helpful. Our luggage was taken up to our room by the lovely Antonis, who showed us around the hotel & gave us helpful information regarding the sunbed policy & meal timings.
On the first morning, we noticed that people started queuing early for sunbeds for the main pool (around 8:30am) so my husband got in the queue. We believe this policy is very fair! Some people were clearly not happy that they could not get a sunbed around the main pool but there’s plenty at the rooftop, and beach house.
We have been very happy with the wide variety of choices at breakfast at the buffet, there is something for everyone. Panos, Maria and Ioanna are all brilliant & so are the rest of the food & drink staff, they can’t do enough for you. You can clearly see that the staff want to be here & want you to have the best experience.
The dinner buffet also has a very wide variety and changes daily, the food is all very tasty & I’ve never seen a better dessert section at a buffet!!
We would also like to give a special mention to Stefanos who manages the main pool bar superbly & the rest of the staff who are so so hardworking. The cocktails are beautiful & the quality reflects this in the prices.
The views are stunning, the hotel is very modern & has a luxury feel, it is worth every penny. Overall, we wouldn’t think twice about coming back & bringing more of our family☺️
