Lovely big rooms, recommend sea view rooms. Hotel clean and serviceable, if a bit dated. Great location just on the beach. Food is work canteen standard if all inclusive, but great for salads. Snack bar is lovely pizzas, chips, nuggets, cake affair, replensihed often. Drinks usual all inclusive. Very quiet hotel, no entertainment, bit bizarre EVERYONE was sat at their tables watching world Cup on phones, even in town. Mix of nationalities which is nice. 10 min walk to relaxed small town of Obzor. Very family orientated in a quiet way. Nice seafront stroll too. Hotel staff very quiet and unobtrusive, can be found if needed. Swim up bar a lovely thing, but pool seems a bit viscous and bizarrely warm. Beach loungers and parasols available right infromt of Hotel for €16, plastic glasses allow you to take drinks to the beach. Or take your beach mats and do it for free. Sea quiet mild and shallow, lifeguarded area denoted.
If quiet unassuming relax is your jam, this fits the bill
Clean rooms, daily service. Pet friendly, costs 20 EUR a day and make sure you bring at least a copy of the dog passport. Strongly advise to book a room with sea view, it is marvelous! The hotel is situated almost directly on the beach. The pool is big and clean, the kids enjoyed both the beach and the pool animation, kudos to Zori and Kris, who also led the evening events - quiz and dance shows, etc. The food is good, without anything exceptional, but thi is *** hotel, so OK. The canteen gets a bit crowded in peak hours, but we always managed to find table, although we were a party of 7. Free drinks, light refreshments, fruits and ice cream during the day. Playground with animation available.
Close to the city park with shops and attractions. Do try the fish spa on the shopping street :)
Honestly, exceeded our expectations.
A little on the downside - there is no elevator and we had to carry the luggage a couple of flight of stairs. Keep in mind and ask for first floor if that is going to be an issue for you.
There is almost no parking, we had to park 300 m away on the paid parking at the stadium.
Thank you to the staff of Alua Sun Helios Beach! I recommend.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "An amazing stay and outstanding service!"We are extremely happy with our stay at AluaSun Helios Beach! The location is perfect – right on the beach, which is incredibly convenient. We stayed in a room with a sea view, and waking up to that panorama every morning was magical. The cleanliness is impeccable throughout the hotel and the rooms, and the pool is crystal clear. The food was diverse, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from every day. What impressed us the most was the personal touch. It was my son’s birthday, and although I only asked for a simple candle, the staff went above and beyond by organizing a real party with a cake and a great atmosphere! They made his day truly unforgettable, and we are so grateful for that. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and always smiling.I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect family vacation!
