The rooms are ok if we ignore the bad smell from the bathroom and water?! Also the carpets are pretty dirty. The service is very bad, we complained that the spa is not working and we paid for it and they just said well it’s summer and they don’t open it, only the sauna if we pay for it additional?? The food was ok but pretty unhealthy
Hotel was really good, some bizzare aspects like if you don't go full all inclusive you can't buy anything without paying for it at the reception first and then taking the reciept to whatever you want to do such as a massage or paying for meals etc,the rooms are not bad tacky nasty stained carpets,but Frankly everything else was superb the bathroom was top notch, a bizzare strange woman kept approaching me asking if I paid for this service or that service, and the hotel was full of Romanians this weekend which was fun, but overall I did enjoy it the staff were pretty good, the room was not the best but far front the worst, the food Is....,truly amazing a fantastic spread, too marks there, breakfast was amazing also it's worth going for the food alone!
One of the best places I've ever stayed. unfortunately we need it to shorten our vacation because of personal reasons, but all the experience was amazing. The rooms were very clean, and when they clean it every day they really clean them, not just changing the towels. The food excellent, a lot of choices and the variety of drinks that u don't have time to try all of them. Every night was live music or a show and the stuff some friendly...some not, but overall an amazing experience.
Rooms were dirty, especially the bathroom. Food was a disaster, we only had breakfast included but the food was poor quality and the dining area was not clean at all. It overall looked gross and you had to search for the few things you could eat safely. The staff was not very friendly. The pool with the sunbeds was very crowded, after 7am there were no free sunbeds because everyone was reserving a bunch of beds with their towels. Only good thing about this hotel is the location close to the beach. The beach is very nice but as there is no hotel area at the beach you have to pay for sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach, which is however relatively cheap.
Rooms were clean enough, towels were changed daily on aour apartment even though I have seen complaints in reviews regarding this subject. As a plus, there were two bathrooms in the suite. The food was plenty even if you arrived later and it was tasty also. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the only disadvantage is that there are some abrupt stairs on the way. You can take a longer walk on the main road, no stairs but double the time. Also we have seen complaints about the music of neighbouring clubs. We were accommodated at 4th floor, we could hear some music but not loud enough to be disturbing in any way. Downsides: Parking is not included, price is 20 lv / day. The drinks could do with some improvement.
