I’ll start with the negatives.
The hotel has been partially renovated, but it is still quite old. The food selection is very limited, and there is almost no choice of desserts. I never even tried them because they didn’t look appealing. Breakfast was probably the best meal of the day, but it was exactly the same every single morning with no variety at all.
Housekeeping was very disappointing. The cleaner knocked on the door every day, but it honestly felt like nothing was cleaned. Our bed sheets were not changed during our entire stay, and we are already on day six. We even ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. The coffee and tea in the room were only provided once at the beginning of our stay and were never refilled. Overall, the room was simply not cleaned properly.
Although this is advertised as a 4-star hotel, it was our first time choosing a hotel of this standard, and we expected much better quality.
Another downside is the pool area. If you want a sunbed, you have to wake up at 6 a.m. to reserve one. Otherwise, there is no chance of finding a free sunbed later in the day because the pool is always overcrowded. The snack bar also offers very little choice.
Now for the positives. The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, and there is a lovely promenade leading to several beautiful beaches near the hotel. It is even quicker to reach them this way than by walking through the town. The famous Nissi Beach is only about a 15-minute walk away. The staff at the bar were friendly, and that was probably the biggest positive besides the location.
Overall, this was our first and definitely our last stay in a 4-star hotel like this. We chose it mainly because of its location, which deserves 5 stars, but the hotel itself deserves no more than 3 stars
An Amazing Stay with Wonderful People! ❤️
We had a fantastic stay at Atlantica Callisto! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was spotless, with daily cleaning.
But what made our holiday truly special was the amazing staff! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming.
I had a fantastic stay at Atlantica Callisto and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The food was absolutely excellent throughout our stay. There was a great variety every day, with something for everyone, and everything was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality was consistently high and far exceeded expectations.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves, always with a smile. It genuinely felt like they cared about making our stay special.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and enjoyable, making it the perfect place to unwind. Between the great food, excellent service, and warm hospitality, it’s a place I would definitely return to.
Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just had 9 days at this hotel. The only thing that stood out for me was the service from a few workers and the food was always spot on. I just want to point out a few workers called Andrea's, Juno, the blonde bar lady who made amazing strawberry daquiris, you all are amazing at what you do and thank you so much. Also thank you to Hollie and Areti jet 2 reps were always helpful.
Overall was good. Thank you
