Very good 3-star hotel (all-inclusive stay) - one hour from de aeroport.
We had a very late check-in (around 4:00 AM) and everything went smoothly. The room was clean and well prepared, and we were even welcomed with a bottle of champagne and two sandwiches, which was a very nice gesture.
Room cleaning was done daily and we honestly have nothing to complain about.
All the staff members were very friendly, especially the restaurant staff — always working efficiently, quickly, and with a smile.
The food was always varied and tasty, with plenty of options every day. The only thing that is not amazing is the dessert.
The pool area is perfectly fine for relaxing, sunbathing and taking a swim. Nissi Beach is only about a 5-minute walk away.
The only slightly less positive points (but nothing serious, and understandable for a 3-star all-inclusive hotel) were that, due to my own mistake during the booking process or lack of information, only local drinks were included in the package. Branded drinks had to be paid separately. Also, the room soundproofing was not the best.
Overall, a very positive experience — I would rate it 4.5/5.
Had a wonderful stay at Nissiana Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Great location, delicious breakfast, and excellent service overall. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! Special thanks for the birthday поздравление — it was very thoughtful and truly made my day more special. I really appreciated the kind surprise!
Although we only stayed for one night, we had a wonderful experience at Nissiana Hotel. The hotel is very clean, with housekeeping maintaining a high standard throughout the day. The pool area is excellent, with a separate shallow section for young children, and there’s also a small playground, making it a great choice for families. There is also a pool bar offering a great selection of drinks and snacks, which was a nice addition.
The breakfast and dinner were both very enjoyable, with a good variety of tasty food.
One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always smiling, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the free on-site parking was very convenient. The hotel is also in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Nissi Beach.
The only areas that could be improved are the shower water pressure, which was a bit weak, and the air conditioning, which could cool the room more effectively.
Overall, we were very impressed, even during our short one-night stay. I highly recommend Nissiana Hotel for families, couples, or anyone looking to spend a relaxing weekend or a longer holiday in Ayia Napa. We would be happy to stay here again.
We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The terrace was beautiful, and we really appreciated having TV channels in our own language throughout our stay.
The food was excellent with a great variety, and everything was delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome.
We would especially like to praise the entertainment program organized for the guests. Every evening there was live music by the pool, and we also enjoyed playing table tennis.
My husband and I were genuinely surprised that this is only a three-star hotel. It exceeded all our expectations, and we can only imagine what a five-star hotel would be like. Well done to the entire team – we highly recommend this hotel!
This is a lovely, clean hotel with helpful staff and a lovely pool area. The pool is large and clean, and the water not cold. The location is brilliant, as very close to Nissi beach and walking distance to ayia napa. The room we had was a little on the small side, but the cleaners do a fantastic job and the whole hotel is spotless.
I would recommend this hotel apart from the following : There are barely any toilets in the public areas, the sound proofing isn’t great and as the apartment is between 2 roads, it can get noisy. You can hear every word said in the corridors which isn’t ideal as many people dont even try to keep their voices down early in the morning and late at night, and finally although the breakfast is plentiful, and good quality, it is exactly the same every day, so can get a little boring.
Overall this is a good hotel for a 3 star and we enjoyed our stay.
