All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were kept clean & tidy, sheets and towels changed every other day, and the housemaids were always friendly & happy. Rooms were well equipped, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, large screen TV and a safe. Views from our balcony were of the hills which stretched for miles, very picturesque. Very short walk to the Harbour with many restaurants and shops. A new large supermarket just across the road, enormous choice of cheese from various regions and countries plus it was very clean and well stocked. All in all an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again.
Fantastic hotel! So happy with our studio suite, kept clean, and I felt comfortable with air con. The staff couldn’t do more for you, so welcoming and friendly. Right in the middle of Paphos, the Basilica is in an amazing location. Pool area, and bar were great, as was the entertainment. Had a wonderful stay, and will return!
This is our second visit to The Basilica Hotel in Paphos. We came at the same time last year. The location is excellent with easy access to the Harbour fronts, shops, bars and restaurants etc.... Also very handy should you wish to visit the many other fantastic places in Cyprus by bus, taxi or rental car. The rooms are cleaned regularly with fresh towels. The staff are amazing and very friendly. You can upgrade very reasonably if you wish to. The bar prices are possibly cheaper than most other places we think. If you have an apartment you have access to a very well stocked supermarket directly across the road for all your supplies. However if you wish to book breakfast, evening meal or go all inclusive the food is very good, well recommended. The pool area is cleaned and the sunbeds wiped down and hosed off with water by a pool team every morning. We came back here again despite staying at other hotels in the past, further out of a higher star rating. The Basilica is definitely a great Hotel all round, should you come to Paphos.
Everything was great. The staff was the best. Very helpful. We did the meals breakfast and dinner. Was a great Value and Everything was excellent. I can't find one thing to complain about. You need to put this place on your list , you will not b disappointed.
Location was fantastic best for the area we wanted. Rooms were clean and spacious plenty of room for the three of us. Pool area was well maintained lots of sun loungers didn't have to get up early to reserve either. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.
